  We recently had the pleasure of working with Chris and Jeremy at Linden Court on a corporate lease. They made the leasing process quick and easy, and were always quick to respond to our questions and assist with our needs. Our guests were very happy with their stay. Definitely looking forward to working with them again.

  Dont waist you time or money here. In the end they will not return your deposit no matter what. Then still charge you for something that makes no sense.

  I agree with the other comments. You will see on a daily basis people looking in your dumpster daily both in the morning and in the evening. Also, the staff rotates in and out so often that when you tell the staff about an issue you have to retell it to the new person. In the course of me staying there was a lot of police activity. Your parking garage is consistently blocked due to guest of residence blocking you in or guest or residents parking in the fire lane. The billing is never right. They will send you a bill when you owe them but when they owe you for overcharging you they don't say anything they continue to charge you as if a credit is not due to you. Do not live here you will be sorry.

  I have enjoyed living in Linden Court since April 2007. The grounds are nicely kept, my apartment is most spacious and modern, the neighbors are friendly and the Leasing Office staff is kind and professional. It has been a great place to raise my three kids (now 16, 13 and 10 years old).
