  3 months living here now. It has been a great experience. It’s quiet for the most part. Office staff has gone above and beyond to accommodate me. I only have a few complaints. I wish there was visitor parking or at least an overnight pass. I also wish the pools were finished. 5/5 living experience. Pricing is reasonable.

  After living at Bella Park Apartments for over 10 years, I can truly say that I’ve had a positive experience with the staff. Alex and Kim have always been professional, kind, and helpful whenever I needed assistance. They were responsive to my questions and concerns and always treated me with respect. Over the years, I’ve appreciated their willingness to help and the great customer service they provided. After calling Bella Park home for a decade, I’m grateful for the experience and especially thankful to Alex and Kim for their professionalism and support throughout the years.

  Worst place ever Lived there for 2 years 2nd year a neighbor with roches moved in . I stared getting roches in my apartment . I asked them to please get a pest control for the building but they did not . I was paying hundreds of dollars from my pocket to get any and all pest control but roches always returned. By the time I left the whole building was infested. I left half of my furniture because who wants to take roches to the next place .then they want to charge me 7k to clean and the put a judgement. If you are thinking or renting Avoid and run

  We moved in a few months ago. Before moving I read the reviews and they were concerning. After moving and settling in and up until now I don’t understand why so many negative comments. We’ve had a pleasant experience with my neighbors and area so far. I have never experienced any of the negative comments listed by other people. I do believe that there are some bad apples like I’ve seen but it’s part of it. I had an issue with my oven and placed a fixit ticket, within the hour they came and fixed it. The outages are normal, nothing that anyone can do to prevent it. Management has been extremely helpful to us, answered all my questions and continues to answer any concerns. I hope our pleasant experience continues. Hope this helps.
