  Are you kidding me? This place should be shut down. They advertise one price and then quote another. Fine — prices change. What’s not fine is being too lazy or incompetent to update the listing. That’s false advertising. We set a 2 p.m. appointment and then spent an hour looping through texts with a bot before a nice gentleman finally let us in so we could even reach the leasing office. The woman there said she’d show us a unit at another building. We drove over, waited another 20 minutes, and then got a text that she had other clients and would not be meeting us. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. We work. We go to school. We carved out time to see this place. First nobody is there to show it. Then the price has changed. Then we’re sent to another building. Then she flakes on us again. This place is sketchy all the way around. We literally watched a drug deal happen right in front of us, which turned an already wasted afternoon into a complete loss. I don’t know whether to laugh or scream. Worst review possible — and from the other reviews, we are not the only ones. Beware. This feels like a scam.

  I was really interested in looking at this place. Moving is stressful. Always. I rearranged my day to schedule a viewing days in advanced. Got there on time, but it took 35 minutes to even get ahold of a real person. Then we were instructed to go down the street to the Southview Apts... after waiting another 25 minutes I was told they had another appointment to deal with. What a waste of time...

  Me and my girlfriend truly love our apartment. It was fully remodeled with brand, new, stainless steel kitchen appliances, such as a refrigerator, electrical oven/stove, new white cabinets, new wood flooring, new air-conditioning unit, and everything is just so nice here in our unit. We also enjoy the fitness center that’s on within the complex. We do wish there was more seating area and the barbecue/swimming pool area but overall this is a great complex with fair rent and hopefully does that that does not change in the future to drastically!

  Theres roaches everywhere infested. Apparently its been like that for a long time and they just wont fix the roach problem.

  I tried to tour these apartments through Zillow and when I got there the leasing office was not answering. Then we called another number associated with them and they kept telling me to call the leasing office again. I called more than 5x and no one ever picked up. We left, don’t waste your time on “booking a tour” here.
