I tried to tour these apartments through Zillow and when I got there the leasing office was not answering. Then we called another number associated with them and they kept telling me to call the leasing office again. I called more than 5x and no one ever picked up. We left, don’t waste your time on “booking a tour” here.
I love it here! The unit I’m in is very pleasant, I’ve had no issues with neighbors. No issues with water. Everything has been fine for me. Looking at previous reviews before moving in, I was worried about those things, along with property management. But I’ve even had great experiences with the staff. No issues whatsoever. Definitely feels like home.

Update 02/19/26: Despite Davlyn responding to this review a week ago asking me to reach out, they have ignored two direct emails. Reaching out here appears to be a PR move rather than a genuine attempt to help. The issues I have requested assistance with remain unaddressed.
I've been living here for a little over 2 years. In that's span I've seen at least 3 different leasing agents come and go. Per one of the other reviews, yes they have cut the water off without notice often for hours at a time, and if that wasn't the case it would then be lack of hot water. In the whole 2 years I've been living here I've also had no access to the intercom, meaning I have missed deliveries multiple times and am not able to let people in unless I'm physically there. I've emailed/reached out numerous times. The first few times I was told the machine was down and a tech needed to come out. After a whole year, they finally changed the intercom system, I reached out again and radio silence. What's worse is that I recently inquired about moving to a larger unit as they have several available since so many tenants have moved out and I've simply outgrown the studio I'm in, and despite me having good tenancy, always paid my rent on time and never gave issues besides the ones that would actually affect my living conditions all I've heard is radio silence once again. They prefer to bring in fresh new tenants and straight up lie to them during the tour (I heard them mention the laundry room is open 24 hours when the rules clearly state up until 10pm and that it's rarely busy) - yeah rarely busy due to the fact that half of the machines barely work or stop working constantly.
They claim to be a luxury apartment. They're far from it. When you have homelessness sleepy inside the building. Sketchy users. They won't replace anything. Water is off most of the time. The area is prone to blackouts every summer. Nor worth it

Rocio was very helpful and smoothed things out from startinf with the viewing, all the way to my first day moving in. Everyone continues to be kind and helpful as I've lived here as well. The only knock is that there doesn't seem to be much of a system in place for move-in? That could be worth looking into long term, with dolly carts and move-in bins to wheel around for example. It's more of a system issue than anything else, which wasn't even much of a problem anyways.
