I was one of the first to move in here since they opened back up in 2023 and still here. I absolutely love my apartment. I love all the kitchen storage and counter space that I have. My apartment is facing the residential side and on the fourth floor so I have a beautiful view of the trees. I love how fast management responds to any issues I have. They do their best to up keep the property during the weekdays. Their laundry room is kept very well. If a machine breaks down we can request to get it serviced using the associated laundry app. And it gets fixed fairly quickly. We have built in ac/heating units in both the bedroom and the living room that work mostly well. I have had a couple issues last summer but this summer they are cooperating. Have only ever had an issue with ac twice never issues with the heat. Only down side of living here is occasionally coming across some weird characters, whether it be the neighbor or the company they keep. But nobody ever bothered me. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for a good affordable place to live.
