  Leasing and moving into Franklin 299 was easy and stress free. The staff was really helpful and flexible about working around our move in timeline. No complaints, great experience.

  We lived in Unit 718 and moved out in December of last year, but we still have not received our security deposit back. Over the past six months, we have called the leasing office and sent emails dozens of times. Most of our calls have gone unanswered, and we have received very few responses to our emails. Whenever they do respond, they simply say that they will “look into it” and provide an update soon. However, we have never received any actual update or explanation. The lack of communication and accountability has been extremely frustrating. It has been six months, and we still do not know when or whether we will receive our deposit. This entire experience has been a complete nightmare, and we are now unsure what else we can do to resolve the issue.

  Somewhat tolerable facilities with sloppy and careless management. Lived with my husband in #718 and moved out last year. They are STILL yet to return our deposit, we’ve done all we could and they’ve practically ghosted us all the way. Them sitting on our deposit for six months at this point is just unacceptable.

  During the tour I tested the gas stove with permission and mentioned that one of the burners didn’t seem to be working. As I was explaining this, the leasing agent interrupted me and shouted, saying, “Are we done?” He repeated this in increasing volume each time I tried to finish my sentence about the burner. After I stopped talking, he asked why I was “so picky.” I explained that I had previously dealt with a cockroach issue at another building and was just trying to be careful. He responded, “I deal with them all the time. Better than bedbugs.” Then added "Not at this building". If you tour, check out the package room first. A resident came to complain about it as I was waiting and it was messy
