  I’ve had a great experience living at 299 Franklin Apartments. From the very beginning, the move-in process was smooth, organized, and incredibly efficient. Everything was handled quickly, making what can usually be a stressful experience feel easy and hassle-free. A huge shoutout to the property manager, Jay, for providing outstanding customer service. Jay is always professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, he has responded promptly and made sure any issues were resolved as quickly as possible. It’s clear that he takes pride in keeping the property well-managed and ensuring residents have a positive experience. If you’re looking for an apartment with excellent management and responsive service, I highly recommend 299 Franklin Apartments. Jay and the team truly go above and beyond!

  So happy to be part of this new community! Management has been great, helpful and available when needed. We loved the resident event we attended with the pastries! Such a sweet treat! Looking forward to more community events!

  The leasing agent gave me misleading information about the EV charging parking. Important restrictions were never disclosed before I signed the lease. I only found out after moving in and even received a warning. Very disappointing.

  Leasing and moving into Franklin 299 was easy and stress free. The staff was really helpful and flexible about working around our move in timeline. No complaints, great experience.
