We were looking for a new place in the Bay Area and decided to stop by for a tour. Tre greeted us right away, and we immediately loved his energy and enthusiasm. He made the tour feel welcoming and genuinely got us excited about the property, so much so that we decided to fill out an application on the spot. There were a few delays between applying and getting to the lease-signing stage, but Tre was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He stayed in communication with us, talked us through each step, and did everything he could to make sure things kept moving smoothly. He made what could have been a stressful process so much easier. We really appreciated his patience, positivity, and willingness to help. Without Tre, the whole experience would have been much more difficult. Highly recommend working with him!

Ever since Cirrus Redwood changed management, the overall experience has declined significantly. Management has been unresponsive, and several major issues remain unresolved. The flooring was replaced with much thinner material, so footsteps from the apartment above are now extremely loud and disruptive. The air conditioning in the gym and common areas has also been broken, with no clear timeline for repairs. In addition, the garage security gate is sometimes left completely open, which is a serious safety concern for residents and their vehicles. I have also heard there has been additional management turnover, the manager jsut got fired and there is only one staff remaining. which only adds to the instability. try to avoid at all cost!

Not just myself but there is a very centralized consensus that ever since the management team changed, living here has gotten noticeably worse. Every issue somehow turns into “that’s not our responsibility.” The gym AC and hot tub have been out for weeks in the middle of summer, and there still doesn’t seem to be any real plan to fix them. A lot of the new “improvements” have also just created more confusion and inconvenience for residents. What makes it worse is the attitude from management. They’ve become dismissive and arrogant, while rent keeps going up. Honestly, avoid this place if you can. I would give zero stars if that were an option.

I have repeatedly made phone calls, sent emails, and done everything else to get questions answered. It seems that the only place where the owner responds to anyone is here. I am starting to suspect that there is no one actually in the offices at all, and this might be entirely AI-run, as when you call, an AI assistant with generic information is the only thing you can get a hold of. Judging by the other reviews, this has been an ongoing problem for some time that everyone is dealing with. Update: as predicted they responded to this review on Google, however, I suspect that the review response was also AI generated as the number it told me to call still led me to the AI assistant again. I have not seen any other way of actually contacting anyone from this management office and I suspect their leasing office might not even have any human employees. If they are this hard to get a hold of, how responsive will they be if you are a tenant here that needs them to resolve any issues? Any business that is this reliant on AI to avoid speaking to tenants and applicants at all costs is automatically a major red flag.

New management jacked up prices and significantly reduced quality of living. My cheap microwave handle broke off and it took over a month for them to fix it. The hot tub is never hot. Why pay a premium for amenities that are not actually usable? Sewage costs just went up for no reason. They really don't seem to care about keeping their reliable tenants. The cost of rent went up over $500/mo!! despite the quality going down. And I doubt I'll get my security deposit back even if I hire professional cleaning. I don't trust these guys. Will update after I move out. I do not recommend living here.
