  I’ve lived here for 4 years and I’m looking forward to my 5th! I would buy a home but this market is stupid ridiculous. This is the next best thing. I don’t understand how people call this place expensive or unaffordable; you should know what you’re taking on when you sign a monthly lease with the price on it and get your budget right and not bite off more than you can chew. There are issues but management does listen and makes an honest effort to address them (new secure mailboxes, night security/CCTV surveillance)

  My girlfriend lived at these apartments and they were horrible!!! I called it the bird cage because it was so tiny and over priced. I was also assaulted in the parking lot outside of the gate waiting for her to come out by 2 thugs. The so called "Night Security" watched the whole thing from inside of the leasing office and did not come out to help nor did he call the police. I was jumped, robbed and left with a broken nose and eye socket and as they drove off he came out and asked if I was okay. Will Stark you are a coward!!! No man watches an innocent person be assaulted and not even call the police!!! He gave the police his statement the 2 men were caught and now this company is hiding the security officer and refusing to comply with the investigation to put these 2 scum bags in jail! Not only did all of this happen after moving out my girlfriend was charged thousands of dollars in fees like concrete sterilization, new carpet and more when we both personally invested in the property to leave it in immaculate condition. This is the worst apartments to live at you would think that the area is a decent area but they are the worst apartments in the area!!! I am so glad I was able to get my girlfriend out of this crime infested apartments. In response to your reply; This is a so called "gated-community" and Chris called my girlfriend stating that Will Stark wants to give a statement in regards to the assault but it has been over 7 months and he has not done so. I do not appreciate the lies.

  I currently live here and am desperately waiting for my lease to be up. The rent is already ridiculously high but then they add fees and extra charges out of nowhere. They claim the high rent pays for "security" but my car got broken into the first week and another tenants bike was stolen. The icing on the cake is that they recently issued parking permits allowing only two cars per unit to park in the gate. We have had 3 tenants in our unit since day one and we are all on the lease and paying rent. Now one of us (young females) has to walk from the street at 11p.m. in a bad neighborhood while there are plenty of open spaces inside the gate. Although it's a very nice apartment complex, it's clear that the managers don't care about their tenants. I would not recommend living here.

  I've been living here for 8 years. Excellent maintenance staff & Felicia is the best manager you can have. They always have the pool and surrounding grounds looking their best! I'm signing up for another year!
