  WORST PLACE EVER!!! When you have problems with office staff at Rosewood and call corporate they give you the run around. They refuse to give out names or numbers when you have a legitimate complaint. They are dishonest people and I'm sorry I ever moved there. Don't move there. They have cheap everything except the rent. Property Lewis Management are crooks!!!

  Had bad experience at rosewood apts, 1st week in they stold our car, then a week before we were moving our washer broke down and they were not able to help and get another one back in. To end all this they kept all my deposit, for cleaning and painting even though i did not damage the walls, and for paint of tub when it peel off 2 weeks in on move in, once we moved out staff never returned my call after leaving voice-mail. Ok apartments but i had bad experience.

  This is the second apartment home I've lived in and so far the best by far. Adriel and his team are amazing to work with. I especially enjoy talking to Roslyn she's the face of the community and really enjoys her job. Every time you need something fixed or replaced the maintenance team is top notch and don't feel bad to let them know because they want to keep you happy at all cost. I will admit a gym would be nice hint hint Lewis corporate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But there are a couple gyms not to far. I've heard the manager Adriel has been asking his bosses at corporate to authorize the funds to get a gym installed. It's just a pretty community and everybody's super nice that lives here. Also pet friendly tho pet rent sucks $40 a month per a pet that's a thing every community is doing. Lots of kids are always playing basketball and running around so if your moving to the area for work and worried about ur kids making friends that's not gonna be hard. Last but not least bus stop right out front and lots of stores really close. Make sure you get on the waiting list apartments fill up fast!!!!!! The community director does fun stuff all the time for the residence.

  This was a GREAT experience all around. The staff were always friendly, the grounds are beautiful and my neighbors really nice folks.While i did take care of the apartment, I was still worried about the deposit return. I was there one and a half years with 2 cats. I cleaned really well when i moved and they gave me back my deposit. so I must add "honest" to the friendly staff comment. Thanks :)
