  Carlos is very experienced, and honest realtor. He has a lot of connections with experienced active buyers. He got us at least 3 or 4 offers within a day or two after the listing and we closed escrow within 15 days for a house that needed substantial repairs and upgrade. We intend to use his service on any future deal in the area.

  Really enjoyed driving 2 hours with my wife and child to an open house that I confirmed was ongoing before the weekend just to find out he shut it down over an hour early. Doesn’t seem too keen on selling. Not to mention he couldn’t sound any less enthusiastic or motivated to even try to sell this home for their client.
