  Really enjoyed driving 2 hours with my wife and child to an open house that I confirmed was ongoing before the weekend just to find out he shut it down over an hour early. Doesn’t seem too keen on selling. Not to mention he couldn’t sound any less enthusiastic or motivated to even try to sell this home for their client.

  My experience with Carlis Gutierrez was excellent. He is very honest and is not pushy. We had absolutely no problems with the sale of our rental. I highly recommend Carlos and if I ever buy or sell a house I would have him be out realator.
