Real Property Management has been fantastic to work with. Their team responds quickly to any problems, and their pricing for homes, apartments, duplexes, and more feels fair and competitive under sunny skies. Highly recommend for reliable, professional property management that keeps your everyday living smooth all season long. It’s beautiful weather to move in to your new home 😎

Real Property Management has been one of the most frustrating and incompetent companies I have dealt with. They appear to operate by doing the absolute minimum possible, ignoring real problems, and then acting like the issue is resolved because a box was checked in their system. If you are a property owner, this should alarm you. If you are a tenant, expect to fight for even basic attention to serious maintenance concerns. They do not inspire confidence that they are properly protecting the properties they manage. In my experience, they ignored major safety concerns, dismissed clear maintenance issues, and responded with argument instead of solutions. When electrical hazards were raised, the response was essentially that if something still technically works, they do not need to fix it. That is not responsible property management. Their “resident benefits package” is another major red flag. It looks less like a real tenant benefit and more like a way to shift ordinary business costs and compliance expenses onto residents while offering very little of actual value in return. When you need help, do not expect that package to suddenly become useful. The staff has been dismissive, argumentative, and completely lacking in professionalism. Rather than taking ownership of problems, they deflect, minimize, and stall. That may be convenient for them in the short term, but it is terrible for tenants and risky for owners. If you own property, ask yourself whether you want your investment handled by a company that appears comfortable ignoring safety issues and alienating tenants. If you are looking for a rental, ask yourself whether you want to deal with a management company that treats legitimate concerns like an annoyance. I would strongly warn both property owners and tenants to look elsewhere.

Horrible property management they’ve done 3-4 maintenance checks and haven’t fixed 1 out of the 5 things that need fixing we have pointed them out multiple times and called to check in on it and the lady that answered was rude, told us we need to put in a report ourselves. If that’s the case why do the maintenance checks if ur not gonna do anything. Very unprofessional I was starting to like our apartment intell we got with these property managers. They do nothing but do false maintenance checks and give u rules like ur in a group home.

I called asking if I should put in a Maintenance request to get the plastic removed from my swamp cooler and whoever the lady was that answered my call was very condescending on the phone “yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah” very rude. Almost every interaction I have with them is rude. Other then that I haven’t had any problems with them
