  App process was simple and easy, there were some hurdles with the move in date but things were sorted out by the time I needed them to be, I've been lucky that every interaction with them since has been relatively easy and any repairs and concerns have been taken care of quickly.

  When I first contacted Real Property Management, I wanted to change my application from an apartment to another listing. Heather was extremely helpful and responsive to all of my questions throughout the application process, processing my application, and working with me to get qualified and helping me find acceptable rental history. They want to help you find a place to live and are willing to work with you to get you into your new home. Where other property management companies will not give an inch if you don't meet one of their criteria, Real Property Management did and even though I didn't have the full three years of rental history, worked with the owner for me and even was willing to negotiate a shorter lease. These are the kind of people you want to rent from, who actually care. Thank you Heather, Annie, and Shay for doing a great job and helping make this stressful rental process better. Highly recommend this property management company as the best out of the few I tried. Five stars.

  I’ve had a very positive experience with Real Property Management. The team is polite, friendly, and approachable, and whenever maintenance issues come up, they handle them promptly. ​The only minor area where things get a bit unclear is when dealing with specialized federal housing programs. Navigating HUD regulations, Section 13 tenancy addendums, and federal live-in aide guidelines (such as 24 CFR § 982.316) seems to be a bit outside their usual wheelhouse, and local staff can occasionally get confused about the legal boundaries between leaseholders and approved aides. It’s understandable since it's a niche federal framework they probably don't encounter every day, but a little extra training on federal housing compliance would help them align their administrative processes with HUD standards. Otherwise, a very polite and responsive team for everyday property management!

  It is rare to find companies that truly care about the well-being of their clients. When it comes to property management, being treated like a valued part of their business makes all the difference between begrudgingly paying rent, and being excited to pay rent. When you know your rental is truly taken care of, when you know you are safe, when communication is clear and ADA accomodations are easily made, you know you've picked the right space. Everyone at RPM that we've spoken to has been so kind and helpful, but I'd love to give an extra shout out to both Heather and Annie for making what could have been a stressful move, into an easy one. They have been so accommodating to my physical disabilities and are so great at communication. No matter the severity of my brain fog, they helped me understand every process of both applying and signing. I've been with several rental companies in the 10+ years I've lived in the area, and I'll NEVER switch from RPM! Truly the best!

  Apartment was infested with cockroaches.... never had them before moving there OR after moving out. The AC went out one summee and wasn't fixed until the following summer. I accidentally paid twice through check. Almost 600$ was taken because they "already cashed the checks" They said the extra money would go towards future rent payments... IT DID NOT. They gave me the paper for my move out fees via e-mail 4 MONTHS AFTER I MOVED OUT! Pioneer Drive APARTMENTS IS RAN BY SLUM LORDS. They also never updated my lease from 2022. I lived there for 4 years...
