  These homes have tripled in price. These homes still need to be placed on a foundation still need to be hooked up to water and electricity. Not even regular built homes have tripled in prices. The 2 homes I like were 3 bedroom bath houses. Last time I was at this place a business those 2 types of homes were under a 100 grand. What's a few years ago. Those 2 homes respectfully were like $280000 and the other 1 was $227000. I can find a house in reading for those prices. No it will not be upgraded to have those beautiful finishes. However I won't have to go through buying land, clearing land, getting water and electricity ready for that house. Let's face it the land the water and electricity and foundation part in Redding California could be another $50,000-$60,000.

  Very disappointing customer service. We called ahead and were told no appointment was needed and that they close at 5 PM. When we arrived, the representative took a long time to acknowledge us, did not introduce himself after we introduced ourselves, and simply told us to walk through the homes on our own without offering any assistance. We’ve visited other modular home locations in Sacramento and Chico and had much better experiences. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism here cost them a sale, despite us liking one of the homes.
