  We were referred to Chris Lamm at Mortgage One by our realtor, and from that first introduction, Chris and his incredible assistant, Brandy Perkinson, absolutely knocked it out of the park. Our situation was anything but simple. We were purchasing a home in California while still needing to sell our oceanfront property in Oregon, which required a specialized bridge-financing strategy utilizing the substantial equity in the property we were selling. There were multiple moving pieces, different loan components, timelines, documents, and more questions from me than I could possibly count! Chris immediately understood the bigger picture and knew how to structure the financing to make our purchase possible. His knowledge and experience were exceptional. He checked in personally throughout the process, was always available when we needed him, and continually provided helpful information about financing and other considerations well beyond the immediate transaction. Despite how busy his operation clearly is, we never once felt like just another loan number. And then there is Brandy. She is simply priceless. Brandy handled an enormous amount of work behind the scenes. There were so many documents, deadlines, details, and moving pieces, yet she somehow took what could have been an incredibly convoluted and stressful process and made it feel seamless. She kept everything organized, explained what was happening and exactly what was needed next in plain English, answered my endless questions with patience and a fantastic sense of humor, and never made me feel as though I was asking too much. She is truly indispensable and one of those rare people who is extraordinarily good at what she does while also being an absolute joy to work with. Together, Chris and Brandy ran circles around every other lending experience we have had. They were knowledgeable, creative, responsive, organized, reassuring, and genuinely invested in getting us across the finish line. They made it possible for us to purchase the home we wanted in California without simply sitting on the sidelines waiting for our Oregon property to sell. That was huge for us. Mortgage One has absolutely earned our loyalty. Chris Lamm and Brandy Perkinson will be our first call for any future financing needs in California, including the investment properties we plan to pursue in the future. If your financing situation is straightforward, they will make it easy. If it is complicated, **these are the people you want in your corner.** We cannot recommend them highly enough.

He has a great process and an awesome team that makes sure you feel taken care of from start to finish.
