Trina and her team helped determine the best path forward step by step after my goals and timelines were discussed and my property sold quickly and without incident. Trina and her team were very detail oriented and always had my interest at heart in this process.   Michael and Melissa Bullock were our agents and Antho helped us tour homes while they were out of state. 500 stars to all three of them! As first time home buyers, we had so many questions and lacked confidence in the process, but they walked us through everything, answered all our questions, and provided so much valuable information we wouldn’t have even known to ask about.   I cannot express how please we are with our home selling process. Realtor Trina Kim was absolutely amazing. Her professionalism and no-nonsense approach was evident from the very beginning. She respected our wants and needs while also navigating what was best for a quick and flawless sale. Trina ultimately sold our house in less than a week and got well over the asking amount.   Selling your home is one of the most important and difficult undertakings we face in life.It's critical to have the right advocate in todays market especially with higher priced homes. Bullock Russell RES is the ideal team from the seller's prospective. Anybody can list a property on the MLS. You want an agency that knows and understands your market. They know Coto and Dove Canyon and what motivates buyers to this area. They arranged staging of the interior, used professional photography and videography to take full advantage of digital media and made sure the property had posting in domestic and international search sites. They made sure to have a representative at every property showing and provided useful feedback after each viewing. They actively marketed the property. The whole Bullock Russell Real Estate Company steps up and insures the task is accomplished. Always got back to me when they said they would, updated me throughout and nothing was too much trouble and always went above and beyond for us as a client. We didn't have an easy house to sell. They were able to find the right buyer and put together a successful sales conclusion. Our selling experience was enough to convince us John and Flo were the right team to find our next home.
