  Extremely Disappointing and Unacceptable Living Experience This has been, by far, the worst apartment experience I have ever had. Considering that residents are paying $3,000+ in rent, the quality of the property, maintenance, and customer service is extremely disappointing. There have been ongoing issues with water and plumbing. The plumbing is particularly problematic for residents living downstairs. Toilets, sinks, and bathtubs can become clogged even when the resident has done nothing to cause the issue. When a plumbing problem occurs upstairs, it can apparently affect the plumbing throughout the lower unit as well. There have also been serious water-related issues, including an AC leak in the bathroom that leaves water on the floor. The leak is not always immediately noticeable, creating a potential slip-and-fall hazard. The recurring moisture problems have also been followed by a significant gnat infestation throughout the apartment. Maintenance has been another major concern. Several electrical outlets are loose, and getting maintenance issues addressed can be extremely difficult. Even when an issue is reported multiple times, residents can feel as though they are being blamed rather than having the underlying problem properly resolved. The leasing office experience has also been inconsistent. Most of the staff have been okay, but my interactions with a staff member named Katrina have been particularly unpleasant. Her attitude and manner of communication have made an already frustrating situation even worse. For the amount of money residents are paying, these conditions are simply unacceptable. Residents should not have to repeatedly deal with plumbing problems, water leaks, pest issues, maintenance concerns, and poor customer service while paying premium rent. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this property do their research, ask detailed questions about maintenance and plumbing issues, and carefully consider whether the rent is worth the quality of living being provided.

  Katrina made moving an incredibly easy process, and stress free! She took care to help me find the best location on site for me and my family, remembered the little things my children over-shared with her while we toured, and was just a dream to work with. 10/10 experience!

  I’m currently in the process of moving in this week, and I can honestly say this has been the easiest and smoothest apartment experience I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, Abby in the front office assisted me every step of the way. She made the entire process quick, easy, and stress-free, and I was able to get everything finalized within just a few days. I initially fell in love with the location, but Abby is what truly sold me. She made me feel welcome from day one and created such a warm, friendly environment that already feels like home. The Assistant Manager was also incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. It’s hard to find a leasing team that genuinely makes you feel comfortable and valued, but Abby went above and beyond. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made all the difference. I highly recommend The Bluffs to anyone looking for a new place to call home, and if you have the chance, definitely ask for Abby! She will guide you through every step of the process and make your move as smooth as possible. I was so impressed with my experience that I even recommended The Bluffs to my current neighbors. They already have an appointment scheduled, and of course, I told them to ask for Abby!
