    Living here’s been alright overall. I’ve run into a few small issues here and there like most places but Abby has been really helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. She’s easy to talk to and usually gets things handled without making it complicated, which I appreciate.

    Abby has truly been attentive as I navigated apartment search and the moving process. She has answered all my questions honestly, provided recommendations and has supported any maintenance and parking questions and requests. Thankful for the entire Bluffs leasing and maintenance staff!

    I had such a fantastic experience working with Abby during my apartment search and move-in process. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable about all the properties, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Everything from the initial tour to signing the lease was smooth and stress-free, thanks to her excellent communication and professionalism. I truly appreciate how responsive and friendly they were throughout the entire process!

    I wanted to take a moment to recognize Abbi for being such an amazing leasing agent. She is always kind, caring, and professional. From day one, she has gone above and beyond to make sure residents feel welcomed and valued. Abbi is incredibly sweet, helpful, and understanding. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, she is quick to help and always does so with a positive attitude and a smile. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the people she works with, and Abbi does exactly that. I truly appreciate everything she does for our community. She has made my experience living here so much better, and I can’t thank her enough. We are lucky to have someone as wonderful as Abbi on the team!

    I’m sharing my experience as an applicant at The Bluffs. I applied and was denied on March 30, 2026. Management told me my $300 administrative fee would be refunded within 4–6 weeks and later claimed a refund check was mailed on April 7 in a plain white envelope. I never received it despite checking my mail carefully. When I contacted them again, I was told they could reissue the refund, but it would take another 4–6 weeks. For a fee they agreed to refund after denying my application, this delay and back-and-forth has been very frustrating. I would advise others to be very careful about administrative fees and to get clear, written timelines before applying.”
