  I moved on 1/31/26. We lived there for 3 years and they confirmed that I would receive the deposit check to my new address. Nothing has ever arrived! I have called looking for Genesis and he never responds just like the emails. I went to look for her, she left several times and never had the courtesy to say hello and approach to give a status of the check. Apparently she is the "manager" but she does not have the ability to provide a solution and I still do not have an answer. If someone can give me information about who is in charge of the office staff so that I should report this inefficiency. The lack of resolution that Genesis has is unacceptable.

  I love living here. My home is beautiful and the pool is conveinient. I would recommend to all my family and friends or anyone looking for a nice relaxing comfortable place to live. I will be here a very long time
