  I moved on 1/31/26. We lived there for 3 years and they confirmed that I would receive the deposit check to my new address. Nothing has ever arrived! I have called looking for Genesis and he never responds just like the emails. I went to look for her, she left several times and never had the courtesy to say hello and approach to give a status of the check. Apparently she is the "manager" but she does not have the ability to provide a solution and I still do not have an answer. If someone can give me information about who is in charge of the office staff so that I should report this inefficiency. The lack of resolution that Genesis has is unacceptable.

  Genesis and staff were more than welcoming! This place is amazing. Would highly recommend. My wife and daughter love it here.

  I have been treated very poorly and disrespectfully by the manager, Adriana Martinez. It is illegal to discriminate against people based on disability status. Furthermore, it is very disheartening to see others have had similar experiences. Her behavior is unacceptable and not a good look (especially from someone in a leadership position.) Hopefully she doesn’t have a negative impact on the staff, everyone else has been kind and friendly. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about Adriana — who is never civil or courteous.
