I moved on 1/31/26. We lived there for 3 years and they confirmed that I would receive the deposit check to my new address. Nothing has ever arrived! I have called looking for Genesis and he never responds just like the emails. I went to look for her, she left several times and never had the courtesy to say hello and approach to give a status of the check. Apparently she is the "manager" but she does not have the ability to provide a solution and I still do not have an answer. If someone can give me information about who is in charge of the office staff so that I should report this inefficiency. The lack of resolution that Genesis has is unacceptable.

My experience was great. I was surrounded by the friendliest people. It felt like a small community. The management team answered all concerns and provided prompt service.

Adriana the manager is extremely unprofessional, she's rude and she discriminates against people with disabilities. Do not deal with her this place is terrible they will rip you off we will be filing a Lawsuit against her and this place because of the treatment of the residents and because of her Discriminatory attitude. Please Be advised for anyone who's going to live here keep track of All your records and money that you give these people and make sure you document everything. It's sad that such a nice place could be ruined by unprofessional terrible management I can't believe corporate has not stepped in. They will scam you !!!

The customer service was very nice. They were very helpful and the property is clean and very well appealing to the eye. They property is very nice. A playground would be nice but all and all very nice.
