  I am reaching out to anybody who can help me with Robel who is the manager of the PMI. He owes me money. The HOA owes me money for the last one year of 1300 and they do not mail the check to my title company because I have sold the condo and I paid extra for the HOA fees which they need to refund back. I don't know who to reach out if anyone can help me. Please give me a phone number so that I can complain to them about Robel because he says he's not authorized to sign the check that the HOA needs to give me and he has not given me the money at all and he does not reply to any of my calls. It's my money and they need to give it back to me. If you know of any of the board members I can reach out to please give me a phone number so that I can call them and report the issue. I'm really frustrated and mad at PMI. They're so unprofessional.

  I’m a homeowner and they are the worst company we have ever used. There are several issues I’ve reached out to them about in the last few months and no one has responded to me yet. I never leave public reviews like this but this company leaves me no other choice at this point.

  Absolutely terrible service. I have to bother them many times to get them to respond to complaints in the neighborhood. They do not enforce any rules and my property values have suffered. They killed plants and grass in our park by stopping watering, to pocket extra cash. This "company" is run by one or two people!! DO NOT USE, i promise you will regret. Response to owner : I do business with PMI inland empire !!! I live in the neighborhood off Sundance and little mountain in San Bernardino, you guys manage that whole development. Looks like you don't even know the properties you manage is that why we've been neglected us out there ? And I know the size of the company because I've contacted you all many times and I was told that the staff is "very small" and have talked to only two people over about 40-50 phone calls and emails that you guys do not deal with. It is easier for me to call the city to complain about something than to go through my own HOA. This is a shame. If you'd like reach out to me I am one of your customers, my name is Philip Johnson. Other reviews are FAKE. All have only one or two reviews, new fake accounts !
