  I had my car towed with no warning. They did not send an email, a text, a letter, anything to inform me that my vehicle would be towed. They also stopped sending notifications as to when my parking pass expired. I went to the office to gather any information I could, and during that time VANESSA RAAD began calling me "crazy" and stated that she did not have to deal with "crazy people". What was the craziness that I am speaking of, on January 13th she said that they sometimes cited vehicles without placing a warning on them. When I asked how would the owner know she stated that they ALWAYS send an​ email and/or a letter. That conversation was documented​ in an email​​​ because I wanted to make sure that neither myself​ or my friends, had these ghost citations​. When I brought up that conversation today all of a sudden I was crazy and she no longer wanted to speak. I tried to talk to her, but when she called me crazy for the fifth time, I began to record. She then said that asked for the police to be called on me, ​because​e I was recording. When I informed her that there was no law against me doing that, she then pulled out her cell phone and began recording​ me. I have never, in my life, been treated with such​ unprofessionalism​.

  I lived in Jamboree for 2.5 years. The front office staff contradict each other on policies, especially when it comes to leaving the property most likely because they get new staff every couple months. They repaint every time a tenant moves out, but what they don’t tell you is that it comes out of your security deposit. I requested touch up paint and the maintenance staff said we’d be charged for professional painters to come repaint the whole apartment regardless of my willing to do it myself. The paint peeled on the cement floor from driving my car in and out of the garage, but somehow this is not normal wear and I am responsible for the “damage”. I was told the carpet on the stairs would need to be replaced and I would have to pay for that. In my opinion dirty carpet on stairs that lead to the main living area after a year of people LIVING in an apartment would entail normal wear and tear- especially carpet that was not new to begin with. The only staff members that are kind and helpful are Erick from maintenance and the janitorial staff. Yes, the grounds are kept beautiful but you pay a high price for that and they will get you on the back end when you move out. If you are considering moving to Jamboree be prepared for a parking nightmare if you own more than 1 vehicle, rude staff in the front office and to say goodbye to your security deposit when you move out even if you clean the place like crazy. Oh and they raise rent by about $100/ year regardless of on time payments and good tenants. They are already on the high end of apartments in the area so if you like moving often, and throwing your money away MOVE THERE!! You’ll regret it just like me.

  don't go near this place. They treat the residents like the were just a number. There is no parking, construction noises all day and the managers: berny and sarah medrin are so incompetent. I hate this place and will continue writing my opinions anywhere possible until they apologize! BEWARE!!

  The Jamboree Apartments in Rancho Cucamonga, are amazing! The staff is courteous and helpful. The apartments are spacious, and well kept. A must see.
