  Everything but parking close to your apartment at night is amazing. Parking sucks booty there needs to be away for a second car to reserve a spot

  Leaving a review after a two-year stay. I recently moved out due to a new job. The Negatives: 1) Maintenance requests used to be fulfilled within a day or two, but later on, I had to call and remind them to get things done. 2) Maintenance requests need two-way communication. My new apartment allows tenants to chat directly with maintenance staff within the request until the issue is resolved, which is a huge upgrade compared to Barrington. The Positives: 1) This is the best-looking property I've ever lived at. I loved the large open spaces, and the entire exterior was very well maintained. 2) Over the two years, I only saw roaches once or twice. They handle pest control very well. 3) Management was always friendly and helpful whenever we needed to speak with them. 4) We never had a single issue with parking. We parked in our assigned spot and registered our guests without any problems. Just follow the rules and you will be fine. I much prefer having beautiful lawns and trees over large, ugly parking lots. 5) We lived here with a pet and returned the unit after a thorough cleaning. We received our deposit back with only a ~$100 deduction for a cleaning fee, which is completely reasonable.

  We lived here for over 2 years. Had a peaceful time. Really enjoyed beautiful landscaping. The management and maintenance team are friendly. Communication with some of the maintenance staff may be challenging if you don't speak Spanish. Occasionally there may be delay in showing up for a work order request or something like that. But all in all, it's a pleasant experience living there. It is a convenient location and amenities are great. We got a garage for no additional cost. The place is pet friendly, clean and well-maintained. We had no trouble during moving in or moving out. We cared for the unit as our own and we had no trouble with deposit or anything like that. Personally I felt very safe there. I would highly recommend this place for living.
