  Don’t move here. Everything’s all good until it isn’t. And when it isn’t, you’ll be left to deal with whatever issue alone until you get so fed up and just decide to move. I had the most awful miserable neighbor move in below me and was subjected to 8 months of on going harassment. The property manager did absolutely nothing about the situation besides supposedly sending a few emails. Nothing was ever resolved, I even asked to be moved to a different unit / building and never even received a follow up call from her. She’ll ignore you and your situation until you just decide to leave. On top of that, there’s always unhoused people digging in the trash at all hours, cars get broken into, the gate is broken more than half the time, no one ever picks up after their dogs, and if you have a garage near a red fire lane, forget about it.. your parking will constantly be blocked by delivery drivers, other tenants, their guests, moving trucks, etc. The units aren’t worth the amount they’re being leased at and the unit I was in was filthy upon move in.. you can most certainly find better. Save yourself the trouble.

  I should’ve looked at the apartment before signing the lease. But i didn’t. I did expect to move into a CLEAN home with CLEAN appliances. Online pictures fooled me. I did email my concerns to the office with pictures & yet no response. It’s unfortunate that i had to clean after the previous people that lived here. A lot of it won’t come off :/ It’s so disgusting & maintenance just spray painted the grease on the lights…. Very disappointed & for the price everything is super outdated , my living room blinds don’t even open they’re stuck, and missing a blind.. the ac is so loud, the freezer ice taste disgusting, the bathroom was dirty. The laundry is also super loud. Other than that my neighbors are super friendly & my kids enjoy playing with their friends…
