  It is very sad that things have gotten worse instead of better. Management has not done much to improve the property. Some balconies are still cluttered and, frankly, not very pleasant--used for storage and a few balconies have a white screening or cardboard place against the railing which looks awful. Trash containers are kept outside the building which smells really bad when you walk by them. Someone threw out a bed frame and it has been there for over 2 weeks outside leaning against the building. Courtyard My office is dirty and unkept. Trees are not being trimmed, they are shedding badly. The walkways are full of debris from the trees. Garage doors are left open during the day and night. It's depressing when I go to walk around the building seeing all these things. I don't know if management gets a kick back for not spending money on the property and if that is the case everything is about saving money instead of using it to make the property look better. The rent increases every year between $100.00 to $150.00. We deserve to live in a community that looks nice and it's well kept up. This property is looking more each day as a section 8 property instead of the property it used to be. The only option left is to move out.

  Vary amazing on the fast response and repair on the hot water problem and also thanks to the maintenance personnel they were vary professional and courteous

  The residents and the staff are amazing. It's a real community driven environment. The staff, are outgoing and go above and beyond to make sure the residents feel comfortable and welcomed. Patrick & Shelly have been the most supportive and helpful for me in the office. The maintenance staff are some of the best I've ever encountered

  I was in a desperate situation. Patrick met my needs with urgency, proficiency, and professionalism. He was personable, understanding and made me feel right at home immediately. It was a flawless move. One of the best experiences I've ever had.
