I read several reviews before writing this one, and many of them suggest speaking with management. Unfortunately, the manager is part of the problem. Several residents have expressed their concerns and frustrations, but they are ignored and nothing is done to address the issues. We are tired of this ongoing situation. Many residents have called the corporate office at different times and on different days, but no one answers the phone. Messages are left, yet no one returns the calls. We are beginning to wonder if anyone is actually working in the office. In the past, whenever residents called corporate, someone would answer and provide assistance. The only way this situation may be resolved is if the manager's supervisor conducts an unannounced visit and thoroughly inspects the community, both inside and outside the building. Several residents have even researched how to contact the property owner directly. The owner has invested significant money in painting and improving the building and would likely want to know how poorly it is being maintained. The maintenance of the property has noticeably declined. We are supposed to have scheduled cleaning services, yet the entrances and non-carpeted stairways have accumulated dirt and grime and have not been properly cleaned for almost a year. The garage, which was also regularly cleaned in the past, has not been cleaned for nearly a year either. The entrances and stairways are filthy, and the floor paint is chipped and worn. The appearance of the building is unacceptable. The property uses Mission Landscaping, but the quality of their work is very poor. Bushes are not properly trimmed, debris is left on the carports and parking lot, and many plants are dying because the sprinklers appear not to be functioning. Landscaping improvements that were supposed to be completed earlier this year were started but left unfinished. Some areas of the property look worse than before. The only area that appears to receive regular attention is the pool area. Another concern is the decision to leave trash containers outside the building instead of keeping them in the designated trash room. Food waste containers are now left outside near the roll-up doors 24 hours a day, creating problems with rats, encouraging residents to leave additional trash beside the containers, and making the property look unsightly. These containers should be kept inside the building as they were in the past. Communication with residents has also declined. We used to receive information on the community calendar about upcoming projects and improvements. Now, unless residents attend meetings, they have no idea what is planned. Many residents cannot attend meetings because of work schedules or other responsibilities, so important information is being missed. Residents are becoming increasingly frustrated and discouraged. Some are even considering moving because of the lack of maintenance, communication, and responsiveness. We pay significant rent and expect to be treated with respect, valued as residents, and provided with a clean, well-maintained community. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. Please stop directing residents to speak with the property manager. Many of us have already done that repeatedly, and the issues remain unresolved. We need the corporate office manager cooporation to resolve the situation.

My my mom and myself had come here for a tour with Shelly who is one of the leasing consultants here at FG Terra Vista. Shelly went above and beyond on showing us around this beautiful apartment community that my mom had absolutely loved after viewing all the activities, amenities and overall living conditions of the apartment we were showed. Shelly had shown us several similar apartments types to get a better feel on what we were looking for when it came to different views and sizes of rooms. I truly only write reviews for staff and people like Shelly who deserve a shout out for doing such an awesome job. Shelly continued to communicate with us whether by phone or email regarding our application and answered any questions we may have had. I would also like to thank Deborah the assistant manager for helping us out as well with the application process. We were so happy and excited to be accepted and becoming new residents-tenants and this location. I would also like to thank the property manager for also showing us a second time today the location as we came to review how we would get our furniture into the room. So nice they have elevators here and the stairway access is wide and nice to get some furniture that would not fit in elevator. There is also indoor storage rooms for an additional price without having to rent a storage off location. The pool was beautiful and very well kept along with all the other centers and activities rooms we were shown there. We are so excited to be residents of this location and of Rancho Cucamonga. We are familiar with the area and nice that it so close to Chaffey College,2 malls, Victoria Gardens and Ontario Mills as well as the Terra Vista shopping area, 210,10 and 15 Fwy.

My sister asked me to write this on her behalf, as she's not able to do so herself. She has lived here for quite some time, and when she first moved in, everything was just wonderful. The community was clean, well cared for, and very pleasant to live in. Unfortunately, over time, things seem to have gone downhill. The building isn't kept as clean as it once was. The trash rooms sometimes go weeks without being properly cleaned, and the hallways and stairways don't get the attention they used to. It appears there may only be one person handling all the cleaning, which might explain some of these issues. The lobby furniture is also quite worn down now, which is a bit disappointing to see. Some balconies have become cluttered and, frankly, not very pleasant--used for storage or even trash. Walking by the pool area, especially near the first-floor balconies, can be quite discouraging because of how unkempt some areas look. The rent is certainly not cheap, and residents naturally expect a certain level of care and upkeep. When my sister first moved in, the community had such a high rating and felt like a lovely place to call home. These days, it doesn't quite feel the same. Rent continues to rise each year, yet the overall maintenance seems to be declining. She doesn't feel comfortable bringing these concerns to management anymore, as it doesn't seem to lead to much change. Some of her friends have tried to speak up, but their concerns don't appear to be taken seriously. For example, there have been complaints about tenants leaving electric carts parked in the hallways for days at a time, and unfortunately, nothing has been done about it. There are also some residents who don't seem to follow the rules or show much consideration for others, which affects the peaceful atmosphere that once made this place so special. My sister truly doesn't want to leave, as she has enjoyed living here for years. However, she--and others she knows--are beginning to consider moving if conditions don't improve. For the amount of rent being paid, it's only fair to expect a clean, safe, and peaceful environment. It's just a shame to see how much things have changed from what was once such a lovely community
