Negative/5 Stars I usually never write negative review but I have a moral obligation to warn everyone!! Absolutely the worst apartment experience I have ever had. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Management is rude, unprofessional, and nearly impossible to reach. They constantly changed management companies, and every time I had a question, I was told to contact CTL Management regarding my move-out details and security deposit. I called repeatedly, left countless voicemails, and tried for months to get answers. Nobody ever responded. After moving out, they kept my entire security deposit and never properly explained the charges. Even worse, I later discovered that an alleged balance had been sent to collections. Despite all of my attempts to contact them and get information, no one communicated with me or gave me an opportunity to address the issue before it affected my credit. The property itself is old and poorly maintained. The air conditioning was terrible, especially during extreme heat, and maintenance concerns were not adequately addressed. I also had serious concerns about the overall condition of the building, including possible exposure risks related to lead in older housing materials, which was especially worrying with children and safety in mind. Living conditions were frustrating and stressful. The most shocking part was finding out years later that I had been sent to collections after being ignored every time I tried to get answers. My advice: document everything, save every email, take photos, keep records of every payment, and monitor your credit reports closely. Based on my experience, renting here was one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made.

If I could rate this 0 I would. I am writing to formally document a serious safety incident and an act of physical assault that occurred at the pool area on 6/11/2026. This letter is to correct the record regarding the behavior of specific residents and to address the initial response from management. The Incident While my sister and her two children were utilizing the pool amenities, a resident entered the water forcefully and without visual confirmation of the surrounding area. This resident struck my nephew (age 7), who was in the shallow end, directly on the neck and back. The child immediately exhibited signs of pain and distress. The Escalation Rather than apologizing or checking on the child's well-being, the resident and her companion became aggressive. They approached my sister, who was seated and comforting her injured son, and began shouting criticisms regarding her and her children. Despite my sister remaining calm, the resident physically struck her on the side of the face while she was holding her child, creating an immediate risk of further injury to the boy. Management Response My sister and I immediately sought assistance from the leasing office. Upon initial review, we found the management’s response lacking: Denial of Facts: Initially, the office staff claimed that the resident did not strike the child. But camera footage showed otherwise. Unfounded Counter-Claims: Management stated that the aggressors claimed my sister had directed a racial slur at other children. I can confirm, as a witness, that no such words were spoken by my sister; this claim appears to have been a fabrication used to deflect from the resident's negligence and assault. Video Evidence: Upon reviewing the security footage with the police and the husband of the victim, the video clearly contradicts the initial verbal claims. The footage confirms the resident jumped onto the child and that a physical strike occurred against my sister. Current Status A police report has been filed regarding this incident. While the police acknowledged the assault, we are disappointed that the apartment management was not more proactive in validating the facts immediately and instead choosing sides. Conclusion It is unacceptable for residents to feel unsafe in the common areas of their building. My sister, a paying resident, should not be afraid to use the pool due to the aggressive conduct of others or the dismissive nature of the office staff. We request that this incident be formally noted in the resident's file and that future enforcement of pool safety rules be strictly applied. If office does not take any actions towards safety of the place then legal actions will be taken and there will lbe a request for compensation for the physical assault and my nephew's back that is all blue because the lady jumped on him. To anyone else reading this, please don't rent here and dont pur yourself and your family at risk. The apartments already have bad reputation and low reviews state so much about thw place. And this review is based on one scary and violent experience that was left injustice but there are so many other issues, like mold, neighbors smoking from below apartments and the little kids in my sister apartment are having to deal with 3rd hand smoke. Absolutely do NOT recommend. Dangerous and dishonest!

Avoid this complex for two main reasons: 1. Parking issues: Even if you pay rent for a two-bedroom apartment, you are only provided with one reserved parking space. Many residents have multiple vehicles and already occupy most of the non-reserved parking areas, so you may end up having to park on the main street. 2. Constant noise: There is mowing and leaf blower noise almost every day. Previously, landscaping work was mainly done on Tuesdays, which is especially frustrating because I work from home on Tuesdays. I even changed my work-from-home day to Wednesday to avoid the noise, but they now do it on Wednesdays and other days as well.

Overall, this management team shows a complete lack of accountability, transparency, and respect for tenants. If you value honesty, proper maintenance, and basic security, avoid this place. The problems here are not isolated — they are systemic. 1. The apartment complex may look acceptable at first glance, but living here quickly revealed serious and ongoing issues. Management was largely unresponsive and ineffective. Maintenance requests went unresolved for months, and communication consisted of vague responses and empty promises. There was no sense of responsibility or follow-through. 2. Package theft was a persistent and unresolved problem. Deliveries were frequently left unattended, and packages were stolen directly from my porch. This issue was reported multiple times, yet management took no meaningful action to improve security, adjust delivery procedures, or protect residents’ property. I was left to deal with the losses on my own. 3. After moving out, the situation became even more concerning. Following two final walkthrough inspections, I signed official paperwork confirming that the apartment was left in excellent, clean condition. Everything was approved and documented. However, four months later, I unexpectedly received a charge for an alleged “additional cleaning.” When I requested a detailed explanation or documentation to justify this charge, management failed to provide any clear or credible report. Based on my overall experience, this raised serious concerns about transparency and post-move-out practices. 4. The outdoor areas reflected the same lack of care. Common spaces and yard areas were dirty, poorly maintained, and frequently littered with dog waste. Regular upkeep appeared to be neglected, creating an unpleasant living environment. 5. The pool was also poorly managed. It was rarely cleaned, lacked proper supervision, and was often used by people who did not appear to be residents. There was no enforcement or monitoring, making it feel more like an unmanaged public space than a private amenity. Overall, this was not a well-run community. The issues I experienced were ongoing, ignored, and clearly part of a broader pattern of mismanagement. This review reflects my personal experience as a former resident, and it is not a place I would recommend to anyone looking for a safe, well-maintained, and professionally managed home.
