  Our cycles and other stuff were stolen from the second floor. There was no actions taken by management nor any security or cameras were installed for additional security despite the loss. Being a gated community, we expected safety rather received a vague response from the team.

  My two bicycles were stolen from the patio while I was away on vacation. Management said there's nothing they can do about it. Funny, considering this is a gated community with private security patrolling the premises.

  I’ve lived here for six months and absolutely love it. The property management team, Sundi, Kay, and JD, are incredibly responsive, kind, and genuinely care about both the residents and their furry family members. Anytime I’ve had an issue or concern, they’ve been quick to help and always go above and beyond. The maintenance team is also fantastic. They’re knowledgeable, professional, and do a great job keeping the property well maintained. I’m so happy I chose to move here. My only minor drawback is the proximity to the freeway. When I moved in during the winter, it was very quiet, but with summer here, there are more motorcycles and muscle cars on the road, which can get a bit noisy at times. That said, I enjoy living here so much that if I ever decided to move within the community, I would simply choose a unit a little farther from the freeway since the property is quite large. Overall, this has been a wonderful place to live, and I would highly recommend it.

  We tried to rent here in december and it was an awful experience. Unless you have a payroll that is digitized dont bother applying or touring. And even then its questionable! We tried applying and because we had paper stubs they wouldnt approve us. Eventually we got my dad to agree to cosign who has fantastic credit and made 5x the rent a month and was paid through a big company payroll with electronic payroll access. He hooked up his bank accounts and did everything they asked through their specified portal and they still were not able to verify his pay stubs even when we did their exact process they asked and management is nonexistent and not helpful. We ended up BUYING a house in April where our mortgage is more than we were going to pay in rent here...yet this place wouldnt approve us to rent because of paper pay stubs. Dont waste your time or effort with this place and go somewhere that actually appreciates the money you invest with them! Would give them 0 or negative stars if possible.
