  Hi, I moved into my unit in early Jan 2026, I traveled for work which I mentioned to them on my interview and apartment walk through. I had furniture being delivered within a week of me moving in, so I asked my friend to watch over my place and ensure she was there while my furniture arrived. So all is going well until my friend called me and stated there was some paper on the door stating 'Termination of Lease'. I was appalled, confused and angry all at the same time. So I called the office and before I could ask my questions the person stated they had been watching my apartment and know that someone other than me was there and they 'Red Flagged' me when I asked a question about adding someone to my lease etc. They have a strict policy etc. I finally got a chance to speak to explain my situation and that I had my friend there watching my place specifically for my furniture deliveries, they were not hearing me nor cared what I said. Being a military veteran and African American business professional, it made me feel as if I was targeted and discriminated again especially when the comment about me being flagged was mentioned. Note, I had only been there just over 14 days and my friend was there off and on for approx 7 or 8 if that due to deliveries I needed her to receive. So the apartment complex is nice but the office needs help.

  We love the community; the apartment is great. our tour was informative and appreciate Wilfredo's knowledge and time. He answered all our questions.

  Our cycles and other stuff were stolen from the second floor. There was no actions taken by management nor any security or cameras were installed for additional security despite the loss. Being a gated community, we expected safety rather received a vague response from the team.

  My two bicycles were stolen from the patio while I was away on vacation. Management said there's nothing they can do about it. Funny, considering this is a gated community with private security patrolling the premises.
