  This place sucks so bad. Management is so awful can’t even answer a single phone call or email. Freeway is beyond loud constant police sirens, loud music, etc. NON SMOKING property yet everyone including employees smoke all to the time on property. Complex smells like weed 24/7 trash everywhere. Cockroaches inside and outside. Dog poop everywhere due to the complex NEVER filling up the dog poop bags. No parking anywhere if you live in the front apartments. Do actually enforce any of the rules that are on your lease. Walls and floors are so sad. You can hear every single person next to you and above you. Insulation of the apartments is awful. Had to run air air-conditioning in 24/7 even at night.

  Nora Prasad is an amazing individual! My brothers and I have never dealt with a more diligent professional kind-hearted person in all of our years of finding a place to call home. Not only is her punctuality top tier, her tenacity is amazing. We look forward to moving into our new home and Nora took great care of us; all of this happened in literally 1 weeks time.   Despite a lot of the varying reviews, I moved in this February and so far it’s been great! Yes there are a few issues here and there but after speaking to the new management it’s always fixed almost immediately. A lot of reviews are about previous management and the new lady’s are amazing. They are fixing up the place quite a bit. I personally haven’t experienced any roaches or pest of any sort other than 1 when I first moved in, in the shower drain. Maintenance is efficient and responsive whenever I have issues. And the pool is amazing, always well kept.
