I don’t even live here but omg it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone, my family is trying to move in and a process that obviously involves lots of questions. No one’s answers the emails we sent (we’ve sent multiple) we’ve stopped by the office three separate times in two days all in office hours and no one’s there. We’ve called multiple times on top of that. I’m writing this sitting outside the office on my fourth visit with no one here. Genuinely if getting an apartment here is impossible why am I trying so hard.

The worst apartment complex in Monterey! (same management of Monterey Townhouse)
We searched for an apartment and scheduled three tours, but no one could show us.
The application fee is the most expensive in the area, and nevertheless, a deposit is 150$ each.
Moreover, they are never at the office, so don't expect to answer your phones, emails, and messages.
We needed to chase them for three months.
We hope they will improve their service, but before that, you should pay attention and be aware.

Great place to live. Awesome location and the end units have lots of natural light. Kyle is very responsive and on top of things. Only drawback is the price.
Addendum: Still a nice place to live but had to lower the rating because they raised my rent $550/month after only six months of living here. They clearly do not prioritize keeping their tenants around. Thankfully raising the rent so drastically became illegal - but be very careful if you move here as they will likely maximally increase the rent every time there is a renewal. Good for short-term but do not recommend for long-term contracts.

I've lived at Pacific Vista Apartments for over 3 years. New management is great. Maintenence crews are friendly and efficient. The complex is well maintained. It's walking distance to the near by mall and you can even walk to downtown or Cannery Row.
