  You haven’t fixed anything yet 🤷🏼‍♂️ but someone is supposed to be here today ( after me asking like 5 times about different things for the last 2 months but nothing has been done🤔

  Horrible staff management I would never live here again. If you’re not a resident, they treat you like crap. I highly recommend not renting here.

  It’s got worse and worse. I used to love living here but now I can’t wait to get out. 1. Hot tub has caution tape around it like there was a murder in there. It’s been broken for so long now I don’t remember it working. 2. We used to have security come every night at 10pm to make sure everyone was out of the pool area. It’s currently past 11pm and young kids are in there loud and with music. I live infront of the pool with a 4 year old and the noise keeps her up. 3. We get an email a few times a month every month with “emergency water shut offs”. See attached 4. The pool bbqs are all out of order. 5. Every time I try and go to the office they have an away sign or we get emails they aren’t going to be there due to meetings. 6. All the washers and dryers are broken all the time. Sometimes 3 out of the 4 are broken. 7. The steps to my place were broken (whole chunk fell off leaving sharp pieces) and I asked for it to be fixed and nothing was done. My daughter hurt her foot going down the steps. It took me leaving a review from their email survey for anything to be done. I feel like the place is now run terribly.It is such a shame as I used to love it here. On a good note - I do love the lady who has always worked here who cleans the property. She is incredible and deserves 5 stars. She works so hard and is wonderful. But the rest is a disaster and they charge me $3,000 in rent… Now the pool has been closed by the City.

  New manager is doing an awesome job at revamping the community. Office staff needs work on their customer service skills and professionalism. Work in progress overall - hopefully it keeps moving in a positive direction!

  Jets in spa have not work for almost 4 months. 5 out of 6 BBQ'S do not work and no action taken to repair them.
