  This used to be a great place to live, but after Alex left it went downhill. Gardeners do not garden anymore, they sit around and bushes have not been trimmed, my apartment got flooded by a burst pipe in the wall and ruined a lot of my belongings, management never offered to pay to replace, someone badly hit and ran on my car ( when I wasn't in it) on the property and nothing was done about it. No matter what level you live on there is no insulation between apartments, you can hear the person in the apartment next to you talking and sneezing, kids screaming. Used to be amazing to live here, tried to break my lease and it is over $9000 to do so.

  I’ve lived at The Vineyards at Porter Ranch for a while now, and for what we pay in rent, the level of service from upper management is genuinely embarrassing.The apartments themselves are nice and the maintenance workers are top quality, that's not the issue. The problem is upper management. Karen and her assistant Michael have been cold, unresponsive, and lacking in basic hospitality every time I've needed help. Emails to upper management in particular go ignored for days, and when you do get a reply, it's dismissive. The previous management team was leagues better, actually responsive and professional. For luxury pricing, you'd expect a better experience, but that's not what you get here from the culture upper management established. Hoping corporate starts quality-checking their communication and response times, because right now they're not meeting basic SLAs.

  Maya and Jocelyn are great help. They were both very welcoming and make my visits to the office quite enjoyable.

  Maya was so knowledgeable when it came to all of the questions I had about renting. Very sweet woman and felt very comfortable touring with her. Great experience overall! (:
