  Upon handing in the keys to Alex in the main office, everything was business as usual and by the book routine paperwork & processing as if I was another number in line to be processed. Once the last paper was signed, Alex reached out his hand to shake & said "thank you!, have a good day!" The day before I called and spoke with Alex asking him for the process of the final inspection, as I was told that there would be 2. He said just bring in the keys and that's it. I reminded him that my mother(Marie) had passed away. He sounded surprised but did say "I'm sorry". Which is why I was surprised at the shifted behavior the following day, again like it was business as usual like a machine. At the end of the hand shake, I told him that I would accept him saying "I'm really sorry to hear about your loss", as opposed to the business as usual tactic. My beloved mother lived at your property for the last 11 years of her wonderful life! Alex knew who she was as he has been there for most of those years. You would think that a more personal condolence message would be submitted rather than a computer generated message to a deceased person as if she was still able to respond to your questioner. It's consistent with the behavior of Alex during the last move out process.

  My recent submitted work order was professionally assisted by Alex and the work was performed the following day. Marilyn arrived, with her usual smile, and performed the work required quickly and efficiently. Thank you Tesoro management & team. Darlene #D111

  El equipo de mantenimiento es Marilyn y Diego son responde rápidamente cada vez que se necesitan reparaciones. Es reconfortante saber que los problemas se atienden de manera oportuna y profesional. También aprecio que las áreas comunes se mantengan limpias y que la seguridad sea claramente una prioridad para los residentes. Departamento 210
