  The two maintenance people (Antonio and Jose) were very friendly and payed attention to what we needed done and fixed the problem quickly.

  It was a beautiful place. Nice and clean and very close to a bunch or restaurants, stores, and parks. It’s not that far from the 114 and easy accessible

  Lived here almost 2 years. I just don’t understand why this staff is still here. They are all condescending except for the new girl I think her name starts with a T. She is nice, welcoming and vibrant. if I’m being honest, Sabrina used to be put in the class of the other disgruntle employees. Maybe the reviews woke her up or maybe she was going through something but she’s delightful As of late, I hope I don’t have to edit this lol. However, rasheed and the manager are a bad look for this place. Any minor thing u need is usually met with a negative remark. Reading the other reviews on Yelp as well as here I’m not alone. Every conversation comes with a lecture like I’m back in school. Rasheed will literally slightly run over to u and lecture you about nonsense. Friends of ours, ride their bikes with their kids with light up neon lights on their bike. It’s the cutest thing. They’re not out of the way it’s not dangerous. They’re well lit. They’re having fun like family should do in the office sends them a letter lecturing them that it’s not safe.. This is supposed to be anThis is supposed to be a community not prison. And when u try to explain he cuts u off. The staff should be fired or at least forced to take classes on customer service because it’s an obvious they are not cut out to deal with the residence . Several people have expressed a smoking Issue on site someone leaving their cigarette butts in the street. It’s bad . Dogs try and eat them little kids around, you would think that would be a big concern .They sent me memos About leaving the gym door open and driving around the turnabout correctly however can’t address anything the residence find an issue with. I’ve been lectured for parking in the red for five minutes to unload something. Which is OK. But not when the staff with their golf cart (rasheed)parks there excessively to show apts ,their maintenance guys excessively, Amazon ,UPS, their landscapers for hours at a time. I guess fire zones don’t pertain to them.Almost feels like a nightmare hoa here .Yet the resident that pays $3400 a month gets scolded. On top of that, the parking situation is horrible. Lots of people have family visiting and they limit the time per month to I believe five days. There’s always visitor parking available And this was just a new rule enacted for no reason . Almost feels like they wanted to tear people from having family over . Because there’s no parking anywhere else unless you pick someone up Walmart..Residence have gotten towed. What they don’t realize is, there’s no cell reception here they do not provide Wi-Fi for the community like other apartments do so logging in This is almost impossible without Wi-Fi. The only good thing is the maintenance guys. They are respectable and amazing.. on top of that, if you do put in an application be very aware of what you’re signing. Several residence after signing the contract I’ve looked at their monthly fee and It was inflated. And their answer was it was a mistake yet the contract was signed, and they never even notified you.

  Truly excellent experience. Beautiful, clean and peaceful grounds. The residences are fully stocked. And the leasing office is friendly and supportive.

  I've been a resident here for three years, and I can honestly say this community continues to exceed my expectations every single day. What sets this place apart is the atmosphere; it's peaceful, quiet, and genuinely welcoming in a way that's incredibly rare to find in the San Fernando Valley. The leasing staff deserves every bit of recognition they get. From day one, they were professional, warm, and attentive. They made the move-in process seamless and have remained responsive and friendly ever since. The maintenance team is equally helpful, thorough, and respectful of your space. Work orders are always handled promptly and done right the first time. The amenities are a huge bonus. The pool area is well maintained and the perfect place to unwind. It really adds to that cozy, community feel that makes this place so special. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping the common areas in top shape. If you're looking for an apartment in the San Fernando Valley that offers tranquility, a strong sense of community, responsive management, and great amenities, this is it. I've renewed my lease multiple times without a second thought, and I'd recommend this community to anyone looking for a place they'll genuinely love coming home to. - Carmen
