  Alfredo did an excellent job replacing the leaky pipe under the sink. The attached picture says it all, it was clean & brand new & most of all , no more leaking..!! He also kept the area clean when he was done. Alfredo is always dependable when work needs to be done in my apartment. Thank you Alfredo for all that you do & I’m forever grateful to you!!

  Raschid was incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout our tour. He had every detail and measurement memorized, answered all our questions, and offered genuinely helpful advice. Although we ultimately chose not to move forward with the Sonoma Apartments, Raschid’s exceptional service made the experience worthwhile and absolutely deserves recognition.

  Not family friendly! The good thing about this apartment it’s very quiet In a great area, the maintenance staff is amazing. Alfredo is truly amazing . .. so four stars if u stay inside and be quiet. Zero for anyone with kids that want to be kids outside being kids. Price not worth the mentality of the management. They are rude condescending and talk down to you in many situation as other reviews have mentioned . It’s also important to know a lot of the employees reside there . Just too much micromanaging on and off the clock. As you could see from the other reviews, the demeanor of the management is why I moved . I mean, I can give them credit because they ATTEMPTED not to renew my lease but when consulting with their lawyers, they apparently retracted that since I received from their attorneys saying I could stay .My child had three unrelated minor in fractions which caused this attempt to not renew my lease . one included shooting Nerf gun in the air out of a window. Maybe annoying I guess ,but that’s something someone should consider . The manager at the time tried inaccurate scare tactics telling me I could potentially have an eviction on my record. . Showing me pictures of my child cutting across another apartment building which has no bearing on my lease. Not a pleasant lady . If you have kids, I would reconsider unless they are kids that do not want to play outside because the staff and some residents do not really understand kids. My opinion only . Parents with kids playing in the pool have received noise complaints. Not obnoxious play, just laughing and playing enjoying the summer. One of the employees yelled (due to distance at my kid for using the outside water from the second story as he was showing an apartment to a potential resident. Walk down there. Or communicate with the parent . Not ok. Never an apology . this staff does need training to deal with kids and families. One of the staff lectured my girlfriend not to get out of an Uber in the red. Literally went out of his way to lecture her that took more time than her to open and close the door of the car. However, their staff parks their golf cart next to fire hydrants They parked them in the handicapped area (pic provided ) I even provided pictures to the company that owns the apartments. They allow Amazon, their landscapers etc to park in the red . It just comes down to micromanaging which no one deserves at these prices.. Either the staff didn’t care or that message never got across cause they continue to do so until follow up pics. They’re lecturing me about my 13 year-old and boundaries yet grown adults don’t know that they should not park in the handicapped area, especially since there are a lot of elderly people here.. This is a smoking establishment There are residents that leave their cigarette butts on the ground, which creates an issue for people with dogs. There is no marijuana allowed but the smell around certain areas is evident . Great place for dogs However, a lot of people do not pick up the poop. And in my opinion, they don’t pressure wash the sidewalks enough because during the summer it starts to smell. But at least they do pressure wash them from time to time We would always receive emails about not leaving the gym door open but not until a resident emailed the parent company did they address the cigarette issue that the staff has prior knowledge . The parent company does act on complaints though. Another family was told they should go ride their bike bikes at a park instead of doing three laps around the complex which took 20 mi . The whole community loved it they had rope lights on their bikes like a parade. Let families enjoy their time. . They will ticket people for visitors parking if the time lapses on the spot. And they will tow if it’s the second offense.. You’re only allotted 260 hrs approx a month for visitors .not a lot if u entertain . It could be in the lease, but there is a $300 cleaning fee that you cannot get out of. My apartment was spotless other than the carpet And they said it’s policy .

  Sonoma Apartments is extremely loud, especially around the pool. Pets are everywhere, and pet urine is often left around the property. Management needs to enforce the noise and pet cleanup rules.
