  Stephanie in the front office is always so professional, helpful, kind, informative, and responsive. She is a wonderful asset to this property and Valley apartment Villages is well represented with Stephanie in their front office. These apartments have good insulation and you don't hear your neighbors. The grounds are well maintained and the maintenance staff is very responsive.

  I viewed an apartment this weekend and loved it. Stephanie treated us like we were her top priority of the day. I like the glass backsplash. She answered all my questions. We always go back to this community.

  Stephanie has always been very helpful, provides a quick responsiveness and is always kind. I’ve been extremely happy with valley plaza. I always recommend it and have NEVER had a bad experience with the staff.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Stephanie at the leasing office. She was extremely rude on the phone and hung up on me immediately, even though I still had more questions. There was no “bye” or any basic courtesy. This is not the level of professionalism I expect from apartment staff, and it made me feel very disrespected.

  I was apartment shopping around the Pleasanton and Dublin area and visited about 10 different apartment communities in one day. Looking back, I wish I had started with Valley Plaza Village, because the moment I walked onto the property, I completely fell in love with it. The community is incredibly clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, with amazing amenities like a tennis court, gym, pool, sauna, and so much more. It truly gives that luxury lifestyle while still feeling warm and welcoming. What stood out the most, though, was the staff. Stephanie was absolutely incredible. Before I even toured the apartment, she walked me through everything so thoroughly and enthusiastically that I could picture the entire place in my head. Her knowledge, kindness, and professionalism made such a strong impression that I submitted my application right away because I already knew I would love living there. Unfortunately, life had other plans and I had to relocate to a different city for work. When I called on Memorial Day regarding my next steps, Bedonna was so kind, patient, and helpful, making what could have been a stressful process feel simple and easy. Luxury amenities are wonderful, but what truly makes a place feel like home is the people — and Valley Plaza Village has a team that genuinely cares and makes you feel valued. If you’re looking for a place that is beautiful, quiet, luxurious, and feels like home, I highly recommend Valley Plaza Village. Thank you to Stephanie, Bedonna, and the team for making such a lasting impression. 💙
