Ive been seeing this property constantly change their available apartments price drastically. they purposely remove available townhomes then bring it back on and increase the price by hundreds. last time i did a tour we waited 30 plus minutes. price was 3750$ (definitely not worth that) especially with no security cameras in the gym. to now 4K+ for the same place. these corporations are money hungry and will let the place rot then let people live affordably.

Have been living here for over a year. The last few months have been frustrating and lacking, not sure if it is new management. Multiple requests for the same things needed before anything gets done. No cameras in the fitness area so things get stolen all the time. Half the weights are missing. Requested management put up cameras months ago, replace equipment, still nothing. Will shut off water without proper notice or heads up.

I would like to appreciate the staff of Kensington in Pleasanton that has been very helpful in last couple of months with fixing the damages that has been occurred in my apartment. In that hard my special thanks goes to Marie, Kelly, Courtney and Rigo in facilitating and expediting the process. Their help and concerns are really appreciated.
