I moved into PH during the middle of May 2026. The entire process from touring the unit, applying, and ultimately moving in, all went incredibly smoothly. Alma and Karen are both super laid back and down to earth property managers who made me feel welcome. I never had any worries leading up to move in day. I've been here for three weeks now, and I'm really enjoying the complex. It's been incredibly peaceful and quiet. I love my new apartment.

From the very beginning of my application process with Pleasanton Heights, I was met with warmth, clarity, and a true sense of urgency. Alma went above and beyond during our tour—calling ahead of time to confirm the address and ask if I needed anything. Her care and attentiveness really shined when she held space for the big life transition I was making, while clearly walking me through the next steps. Karen was equally wonderful. Even though Alma was my main point of contact, Karen was quick to provide insight and updates when I had questions about my submitted application. Since being approved and moving in, both Alma and Karen have continued to check in with me, making sure everything is going smoothly and offering their support. This was my first time going through the housing process solo, and to be met with such grace, structure, and genuine care made all the difference. Thank you to the Pleasanton Heights team for making this milestone feel so supported and sacred!
