  I moved into PH during the middle of May 2026. The entire process from touring the unit, applying, and ultimately moving in, all went incredibly smoothly. Alma and Karen are both super laid back and down to earth property managers who made me feel welcome. I never had any worries leading up to move in day. I've been here for three weeks now, and I'm really enjoying the complex. It's been incredibly peaceful and quiet. I love my new apartment.

  Pleasanton Heights is a wonderful place to live, and I’ve had a really positive experience here. The community is well maintained, clean, and thoughtfully managed. I also had a great experience working with Alma — she was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the process!

  Moving in this month. Alma and the management staff are amazing! They have been incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. The apartment is great and the complex is lovely. Super excited to live here!!

  I have been part of this community for a while and I love being back close by where I have grown up at. I know I can also count on my apartment complex management to get things done and communicate with me. We love are new home!!
