  I have lived here for just under two weeks, but my experience with the maintenance crew, Jose and Francesco, has been five-star. They are responsive and meticulous in their work. The attention paid by Jose and Francesco certainly provides a level of care that assures you are “well taken care of”, a very secure feeling indeed. Thank you, Jose and Francesco!

  5 stars for: * Responsiveness, professionalism, flexibility, and proactiveness of the management and office staff - from the first interaction, through lease signing, tenant communications, and off-boarding. They also went above and beyond for example by letting movers access the property while we were away. * Responsiveness, experience, and follow-up of the maintenance team. I needed a few minor items addressed at move-in: Replace/ fix stove burners, adjust AC, fix screen door - they addressed all within a day or so and kept me informed through the process. * Nice, safe location with a park across the street, walking distance to downtown, quiet (we often have the windows open for a cooling breeze especially while sleeping). Easy parking. We have one covered space and can always find an open space for our other vehicle, no matter the day or time of day. * Curb appeal outside and inside. Immediately you’ll notice the lush well-kept grounds with mature trees. They just installed new bark mulch throughout. There are multiple 2 story buildings charmingly arranged with the landscaping, pools, and driveways. Some buildings have new roofs and fresh paint. Inside, our unit has updated cabinets, counters, appliances, and flooring…a washer and dryer too. The floor plan of our two bed room makes good use of the space and each room is sufficiently sized. * On-site amenities: Multiple pools, jacuzzi, workout room, larger laundry facilities…pet friendly Newer places will have higher ceilings, fancier workout rooms / pools. But with Pleasanton Glenn’s friendly and competent staff and relaxing natural atmosphere will make a comfortable home. Pictures from our patio.

  This is such a wonderful complex, the leasing team is always responsive and helpful! Love how quiet it is and how close to downtown we are. 10/10!!

  The move in process was a breeze thanks to the property manager Alma. She is very welcoming and helpful. The location is great right next to downtown and the apartment I am very happy with.

  E&S Ring Management group has been wonderful to work with throughout our leasing and move‑in process. Alma was extremely helpful and quick to provide answers to our questions, along with all requested follow‑up information. Jose and Francisco were very professional and courteous when completing the work orders. Overall, they are a great team of dedicated professionals.
