  Park Hacienda is a well-located community, and the surrounding area is also quite good. The apartment itself is in a great location. However, the biggest issue is maintenance—requests require multiple follow-ups via phone, email, or online before any action is taken. Some requests remain open for more than 10 days with no progress, even after repeated calls. Another concern is that many outsiders frequently linger in the corridors and especially around the pool area.

  touring experience was 6 stars. I was given sparkling water to enjoy during my tour which was a lovely touch. Xochitl is such a value to the team! I loved the pool area!

  I had a great experience with Park Hacienda apartment management team. Zak and Tetyana made my unit transfer smooth and stress free. They explained every step clearly and responded quickly whenever I had questions. The entire process was handled with professionalism and care. I truly appreciate their support and effort. It made a big difference during my move. Thank you both for your help.

  Worst maintainance. Refrigerator has been broken for 1 month. Going to the leasing office to request service 3 times a week. No response. Nobody cares. Spent 1000 bucks in the last week on restaurant foods for entire family. All the stored food and vegetables spoiled. Once a week some guy comes looks at the fridge like a painting and does nothing. This is just our 1st month in the apartment. Very much dissapointed. Despite sending multiple emails and visits to the leasing office issue still not resolved.
