  It is important for me to mention that Miss Nicoya, Xochitl, Carlos, Kevin and Charlie have been extraordinary people, very friendly, attentive, from the moment you enter the office they show you a lot of warmth, always in a position to solve any doubt or concern. They have definitely made me feel very comfortable and safe living here at Park Hacienda. My family and I are very happy. They always have a smile and a solution to any situation, I think they do an extraordinary job!

  This time that I have been in this community of apartments has been incredible, the help of the office employees, the kindness and indispensable help of Nicoya has solved a lot of my needs or doubts My son appreciates her very much and she has been a very nice person with my little son. Xóchitl is a very kind and attentive person with any questions you have And she has a very beautiful personality. Carlos, Kevin, Charly are people who are also always very attentive and indispensable with their work. The place is very nice, there is no doubt that everything is very well attended by each of the workers of this place. 10/10 I am very at peace and satisfied with my stay in this place. It is a very clean place and with a lot of space without a doubt if you like this place do not hesitate to apply. the people, the neighbors everything is very quiet and cozy

  I have been a resident at Park Hacienda for six years this month! They are an amazing team and the property is very beautiful quiet, clean and wonderful. Nicoya and her staff are very helpful, caring and supportive! The apartments are very big with beautiful appliances, plush carpet, A large bedroom with a huge walk-in closet, beautiful bathroom, large kitchen, a nice big patio! I am very happy here! I plan to stay for many more years to come and I hope you will join us as it is a wonderful community.

  Parking is a HUGE issue. There are cars parked with bumbers, no tags, flat tires. There are often noise complaints that nothing apprears to happen to the tenant making the noise. Also maintenance continurs to be an issue. Work orders take too long to complete and on one occassion, the repair was wrong and needed another maintenance person to come out.

  Do not move here. Appliances do not work, when they come “fix them” maintenance gets here late and appliances break again almost immediately. This apartment should have never been rented to a new tenant in its current state. Edit: as a response to Park Hacienda’s comment; I did call before leaving my review. I called 3 times, and left a voicemail no response and no call back. I also emailed, no response as well.
