  Great apartment community with friendly and helpful staff! Bella in the office was especially wonderful and made sure my maintenance request was handled quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate her great customer service!

  I’ve had serious safety and maintenance issues at Park Hacienda. The smoke alarms appear outdated and frequently go off for no apparent reason, sometimes in the middle of the night and lasting about an hour. I’ve only tried turning on the oven twice, and both times the alarm went off before I even put any food inside. This has made the oven effectively unusable for me. More concerning, after a routine fireplace inspection, a screw was left loose, causing a gas leak. Maintenance left without identifying the leak. Two or three days later, after experiencing headaches, I noticed a gas smell. I happened to be sleeping with the balcony door open during those nights. When maintenance returned, they initially said they couldn’t smell anything. Only after I insisted that they check the fireplace did their detector sound and confirm the leak. They fixed it, but I received no written incident report or apology. A confirmed gas leak is a serious safety issue, and the way it was handled has left me with very little confidence in this property’s maintenance and management.

  * All maintenance requests take lot of time. My last request regarding non working dishwasher took 1 month. Even simple things like light bulbs takes unreasonable time. * Swimming pool gets constantly blocked by Health Department * Gym access is been constantly restricted, either by constructions or swimming pool health issues.

  Park Hacienda Apartments need to FIRE they maintenance team they half fix stuff or they come look at it and never come back until a tenant goes to the office to complain, all the maintenance team do is ride around on that golf kart an talk on there phones, when we put a maintenance request in we don't hear from them for a whole month or two. The management is real sweet but that maintenance team y'all need to start all fresh an get someone that wants to really fix stuff....

  Recently moved out of this apartment complex. From the beginning I’ve had issues with my downstairs neighbor, including harassment, police calls, and letters left at my door. I’ve made many calls, complaints and even have physical evidence that I’ve shown you guys to figure the situation out and for them to stop. You had the opportunity to make sure this line wasn’t crossed and should’ve involved the police. Instead you didn’t, I politely asked to terminate my lease and to see if I could get out of paying the termination fee due to my safety and nature of the problem. It was never resolved and I know for sure I wasn’t compensated right. You guys were well aware of the complaints not only from Me but other tenants that reside near them.
