  Doug is hands down the best realtor anyone could ask for. I sold a house, and bought a house with Doug. Both times the process was incredibly positive. He's incredibly reliable, thoughtful, resourceful and thorough.. and he knows the market in the Tri Valley area. I sold my house in 5 days, and bought my home within my timeframe, both with satisfactory results. Zero issues through it all. Doug took care of every detail on my behalf, including arranging a walk through and providing assistance through the entire process. He's solid, and he really cares about his clients. I couldn't recommend him enough.

  Doug was a fantastic partner in selling our home. He helped guide and project manage all of the pre-sale updates we made to the home. He and his team created a great go-to-market package including a custom website, extensive photos, videos, interactive maps, the works!! The higher end market in Pleasanton is definitely interesting right now, but with Doug's help, we had an extremely successful sale. Highly recommended!!

  Working with Doug made the experience significantly less stressful than it could have been. We were under a tight timeline to relocate with a <25 day escrow. Doug helped ensure everything was in order, checked in with the insurance company, the mortgage lender, and our family office / financial advisors to make the process as smooth as possible. Everything went as expected and ended up quite boring which was the best outcome in this situation.

  We are relocating from Houston and needed an agent in the East Bay. We got Doug's name from a relative, and we are so glad we did. He really delivered. He was informative, professional, and available. He was not pushy at all... he gave us the data we needed to make a decision, and was really focused on what was important to us. And he has been a valuable resource after closing with recommendations and input. In short, Doug was excellent!

  We met Doug and Angie at an open house they were hosting. After talking to them, we realized that they were the experts in the local real estate market and decided to work with them. It was a great decision because that was really the key to us winning the bid on the house we wanted. Doug and Angie are knowledgeable, well connected and have good relations with local agents, contractors, inspectors and whatever else you need for buying a house and beyond. We did several inspections on the property, got quotes from contractors before making an offer and after getting into a contract and they facilitated all of that and made recommendations, which was very helpful. Overall, I would say that it was a great experience working with them and we felt comfortable with undertaking a remodeling project, something that we had never done before.
