  We spent two years targeting one specific neighborhood in Livermore, and Brenda is the reason we actually live there now. She found our house while it was still listed as "Coming Soon," which meant we got in early and never had to fight through a packed open house or a bidding war. That alone was worth everything. She also sold our townhouse in a market that was not being kind to sellers. She had a plan for it, she was realistic with us about what to expect, and she got it done so we could actually finish the move instead of being stuck owning two places. A few things that stood out about working with her. She communicates. You are never sitting there wondering what is happening or waiting two days for a call back. She catches details that we would have completely missed. And she has relationships with all the right people, from lenders to inspectors to other agents, which made every step go smoother than it had any right to. Her knowledge of the Livermore market specifically is on another level. She knew streets, she knew comps, she knew which listings were going to move fast. We are so grateful we had Brenda in our corner for all of this. If you are buying or selling and you want someone you can actually trust, she is the one to call.

  Brenda Vance is THE BEST realtor in the Tri valley area! She is highly competent and connected- we could hardly go into an open house without her knowing most parties in there (and they were all fond of her!). She is lightning fast with communication and extremely easy to work with. The most distinguishing aspect of Brenda’s character is that she is trustworthy and transparent. She deals with her business with honesty and integrity, 100%. She genuinely CARES about the families she works with and makes sure to find them the very best home for their needs and wishes. I will whole heartedly recommend Brenda to everyone I know who is buying or selling a home. She also works with a top notch broker who was extremely helpful and competent as well. Brenda is reliable, trustworthy, competent, connected, communicative- everything you want in a realtor, Brenda is. Brenda helped us find our dream home in a short time and our offer was accepted when there were many other offers on the table. She will not let you down!

  Brenda Vance came highly recommended by a long time friend. Brenda and Jacob was more than I could’ve possibly hoped for. They were very professional, considerate, supportive, knowledgeable, kind and so easy to work with, they were there at any time you had any questions or concerns, always available. This was a very stressful time for me as I had other things going on in my life. They help me get through it. Brenda is excellent at multitasking, The best I’ve ever seen. If I had another house to sell or if I wanted to buy a house, I would definitely use Brenda and Jacob again they are the greatest! Thank you, Brenda and Jacob for all your help.   Brenda was an absolute pleasure to work with. She and Jacob are quite the team! Brenda has the best advice and got us top dollar! Everything was handled smoothly and without issue. (Even though we are out of state!) If I could give 6 stars, I would.
