Terrible customer service, waited several days still no resolution. Customer service is in another country and they have zero access or ability to help. Spoke with an agent by the name of Ace who did not take our concerns or need seriously. Delaying the sale of the sellers home
Jacob provided excellent customer service. He was responsive, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way regarding the gopher issue. I appreciated how he followed up with the vendor and made sure my concerns were addressed. Thank you, Jacob, for your great communication and support!

Stacy Dougherty has done an excellent job helping our HOA on-board to Associa in June. She has provided support and assistance throughout the process, which has not been an easy process. I appreciate her efforts and kindness in getting us up and running.

This has to be the worst property management company that our building has ever dealt with. Phone calls are never returned and the property is poorly managed. The rugs in the common areas haven’t been cleaned in years. There is a huge hole in the ceiling at the entry way that’s been there for 3 yrs and still not repaired. All the water in the common areas have been turned off and many of the plants are now dead. The list just goes on and on. Their turn over is horrendous. Stay away from this company. They are bad news.
Wow! They have the nerve to respond to me on this site and to email them my concerns that need to be addressed. What the heck do they think I’ve been doing for the past 4 years? My only reason for posting this review is that they never address any of my concerns and only think me for bringing the problem to their attention. Again, avoid this company at all costs. They manage properties as if they were slumlords.

Jessa Letada is an exceptional Associa employee. She has professionally helped me with my HOA account dues issues. She was clear and concise when explaining to me how I needed to correct a payment issue. She gave me the reassurance that I was up to date and made sure that my future payments would also be documented correctly. She’s a very valuable Associa employee with great communication and problem solving skills.
I’m so thankful for all of her help.
