  For any issues raised with the Associa Northern California representatives, we often have to follow up multiple times just to receive a response. I wish they were more efficient in both their communication and issue resolution. We have worked with three to four representatives so far and have had a similar experience with each of them.   Thank you Jacob for removing the potted tree that was discarded in the back of 485. It was very inconsiderate to our neighbors to have trash discarded in the wooded area behind our homes.

  Our experience has been with Community manager Alissa Nitedthunyakij and it has been abysmal. Accounting errors are not rectified, randomly charges assessed, she seems unable to respond to phone calls and the voicemail box for her is not yet set up. Overall and unprofessional and frustrating experience.
