She keeps our community perfectly informed with clear monthly meeting invitations and agendas, while handling all administrative process requests with impressive speed.What truly sets her apart is her proactive care during emergencies; when our alarm went off at 29953 Sugar Maple, she immediately reached out with a careful, thoughtful message to ensure everything was secured. Bernice provides incredible peace of mind, and we are so grateful for her dedication!

  I am surprised about the mixed reviews for ANC. Over many years I have had consistently excellent experiences with ANC. Most recently I interacted with Bernice Higuera and received the usual timely and professional response I have experienced with her over time. In my professional life I worked with many other HOA’s and I can say ANC is one of the best.

  Absolute nightmare—$900 for "service" that doesn't exist! I am beyond frustrated. I was charged $900 for a single document package, which included a fee for "expedited delivery." Not only were the documents I received incorrect, but the management has completely ghosted me. My underwriter has urgent questions that need answering to save my closing, yet after multiple emails and phone calls, I’ve received zero response. It is predatory to charge nearly a thousand dollars for a document and then provide the worst customer service imaginable. They take your money instantly but disappear when they actually have to do their jobs. Avoid this management company if you have a choice. This has been a total disaster.
