  Jacob is a dedicated associate manager of the Shadow Woods Condo. He helped my disabled senior tenant re-instate the gate code within one day, making it easier for her to receive her medications and needed packages. Truly appreciate him going above and beyond his call of duty. Alice Lee

  I’ve had good experiences in communicating with the Associa staff since entering my HOA in 2022. Most recently, Jacob helped to facilitate something that required a lot of message exchanges. I appreciate his patience and professional courtesy as we figured it out, and especially him delivering good news when the matter was finalized. Thanks for hanging in there with us, Jacob!

  For any issues raised with the Associa Northern California representatives, we often have to follow up multiple times just to receive a response. I wish they were more efficient in both their communication and issue resolution. We have worked with three to four representatives so far and have had a similar experience with each of them.
