  5+ year tenant here. The cockroach infestation is still an ongoing thing. They come by to spray every now and then but there hasn’t been any real attempt to actually solve the problem. I will often find them in the kitchen and in my appliances, even though I keep them all clean. I refrain from cooking and eating at home because of this situation. When I am home, I usually find my apartment smelling like cigarettes, because neighbors will smoke inside their unit. If I open my windows to air out the apartment, there’s almost always other tenants smoking outside of my window. There’s one guy in particular who’s smoking outside my window every few hours like clockwork, even when I am trying to sleep. He has a terrible cough that wakes me up every night (2-4am). Laundry room is out of order all of the time, so I gave up on using it a few years ago. It also floods anytime that it rains. Parking spaces will also flood. No one from property management will respond to emails, even since we are now under Asset Living. FPI (previous property management) was under investigation for some shady business tactics, but I will say even Asset Living doesn’t seem any better at all. Police and emergency vehicles are here more frequently than any employees. Over the last couple years it seems they are forcing out tenants who are not on living assistance by raising rent whenever they can. Even though nothing improves about the property. We went without hot water for two weeks this year, and we were only credited $200 towards rent. Don’t be fooled into thinking this is an acceptable place to live.

  I love it here but the dead bushes out front look bad also broken umbrellas bugs and no elevator

  We lived on a second story unit, so maybe that's why we had a good experience? No bugs, things were fixed quickly, overall the unit experience was good. We were there during the flooding, and we were sorry to hear about the sub-terranian units. The idea of flooding was one of the reasons we passed up taking the sub-terranian unit by the laundry when we moved in, and when it flooded we actually mentioned to each other that it could have been us. The pool and bbqs were great. Parking was unfortunately sparse and we were the victims-of/witness-to several crimes while we lived in the area (thefts, arson, battery).
