- MMMonica MezaMar 19, 20224.0We lived on a second story unit, so maybe that's why we had a good experience? No bugs, things were fixed quickly, overall the unit experience was good. We were there during the flooding, and we were sorry to hear about the sub-terranian units. The idea of flooding was one of the reasons we passed up taking the sub-terranian unit by the laundry when we moved in, and when it flooded we actually mentioned to each other that it could have been us. The pool and bbqs were great. Parking was unfortunately sparse and we were the victims-of/witness-to several crimes while we lived in the area (thefts, arson, battery).
