  I have lived at Elevate apartments for 3 years now, and things have improved so much over the last 2 years ever since the new Manager Ashley and her assistant Maria have been in the leasing office. The complex looks much better with the recent landscaping improvements and is much cleaner. Security has improved as well and the maintenance is always done on time. Thank you Ashley and the team for all the work you do to keep our homes comfortable and safe.

  I live in elvate for 6 months. I was kick out do to management.(ashley). There boss don called me directly and told me to get out in 3 days or she would charge for the rest of the month when i had pay for the month. Don was very rude and disrespectful over the phone with me. She heard ashley story but never heard mine or intended to hear mine. I reach out to other people in the higher up and they turn me away. My rent was always on time. I had my 3 babys with me they didnt care about me or my kids. I was left with out a home and left my kids to. Ashley the manger came to my job her lunch to talk to my boss to get me in trouble or fired. When I turn in the keys i had to call the cops to keep the peace because I didnt want her to say I try to do something to her or I did something. Because she did go out of her way to go and try to get me introuble at my job. P.S i would the owner to reach out to me. Elevate has my number and email. Im not gonna take it down. Im speaking out. And this not how you treat someone one. There no camera inside to capture what goes on. But they should put them. so they can capture what goes on. One thing is that I was a resident and another is that your close your door on me as your mailman. My job is to deliver your mail to you dont mix two different things up.

  I want to take a moment to share how truly impressed I am with Ms. Ashley as our property manager. From the moment she took over, it’s been clear that she is dedicated, hardworking, and incredibly kind. She has made so many improvements around the property, and it’s easy to see the positive changes she’s brought since her arrival. Ms. Ashley is not only incredibly efficient but also very attentive to the tenants' needs. She’s always quick to respond, whether you call, text, or leave a message, and her communication is always clear and helpful. If there’s ever an issue or concern, she listens closely and takes action immediately to resolve it, which is something I truly appreciate. What stands out most is her genuine care for everyone who lives here. She’s involved with the tenants, taking time to get to know us and addressing any problems that arise promptly and professionally. It's rare to find someone who is both approachable and so effective in getting things done. Her commitment to making this property better and her consistent effort to improve the living experience here haven’t gone unnoticed. Ms. Ashley truly goes above and beyond, and I’m grateful for all she does. Thank you, Ms. Ashley, for your dedication and hard work. We’re fortunate to have you as our property manager!
