  Worst apartment complex don’t move here the management Mary and Diane is the worst! They don’t care about there tenants they both need to be fired! This complex has mold and the maintenance team are terrible! The maintenance manager is lazy he’s never coming to fix anything he just rides around on the golf cart all day doing nothing If something goes wrong just expect it to take months to get it fixed.

  Im in a middle of a divorce, so I came in last week to check out a town home. Ms Mellisa showed me a perfect place she gave me the info about the TH so I got started. For 3 days I tried to put a deposit. Came to the office 2 days in a row after the first visit. Bad news came also they had accepted a different person for it already. I didnt know I was set on a certain price bases on my divorce and finances. Once she told me I didnt have it try the other the rate jumped unaffordable to me. I started crying heavy. So she went on to honor the rate I accepted and showed me how to take care of my part with the payments. I am super very grateful thank you Kirker!!!!

  Ashley maintenances our unit at kirker creek apartments, she has provided timely service/ respondents. She has also been very helpful within our work orders and had fixed up our spot nicely! Shes very friendly when you see her around kirker creek apartments and will check in with you too, super cool!

  I’m a new resident is my second month and still not able to use laundry room my dryer is no working since day one I visited the office and called too many times My contact doesn’t say “we have laundry but not is not working “ I’m so tired and I’m paying my rent to bad

  Worst experience of my entire life at a rental property. These people will destroy your credit and good rental history. Run far away! After living here for a year and a half I somehow looked at my ledger and saw that I owed a new security deposit. After checking with the office staff, it was later discovered they misplaced my proof of security deposit and charging me another one. They gave me a three day notice and demanded I pay it again even though I've been living here and moved in by paying the security deposit. You cannot legally issue keys without paying a security deposit. Office staff are extremely rude and dismissive. Not sure why FPi management allows them to work with people . Save yourself a headache. Because even if you escalate it there is no accountability here!
