  My partner and I applied for an apartment here and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience with communication throughout the application process. We submitted every document that was requested, including additional guarantor information, and followed up multiple times over the course of several weeks. However, we never received a final approval or denial. Instead, we had to repeatedly reach out ourselves just to ask for updates. Calling the property management office was especially difficult. We were frequently redirected to the main leasing office, who were kind and genuinely tried to help but were unable to access or make decisions regarding our application. We were eventually told property management was only available during limited hours, yet despite calling during those hours, no one answered. Emails also went unanswered. At the leasing office’s suggestion, my partner even took time off work to visit the property in person during the stated management hours, waited 2 whole hours only to find that no one was available to assist with our application. It wasn’t until after we decided to withdraw our application that we were finally informed there had been a management transition, which explained the delays. Had this been communicated earlier, it would have made a significant difference in our experience. While I understand that staffing changes and delays can happen, consistent communication is incredibly important—especially when people are making major housing decisions. My review is not about being approved or denied; it’s about the lack of communication and the amount of effort required just to receive updates. I hope management improves communication with future applicants so others don’t have the same experience, because I genuinely expressed a lot of interest moving here.

  I recently moved to Bayside Apartments. So far I’m loving living here. Shout out to Gina she was really helpful and kind, she respond to all my questions with professionalism and patience making this process smooth. It’s a really quiet neighborhood.

  My husband and I applied to this place in Jan, never heard back, I ended up calling to withdrawal my application and the main call center did. When applying a deposit was required of $125 so for the last few weeks I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone for my and my husbands deposit refund ($250 total) and it’s like I’m the cat chasing around a damn mouse because no one picks up the phone, the email is automated, the call center gives me like 4 different numbers to call but they all end up at the main call center. Pretty frustrating. So DO NOT apply here if you don’t ever wanna see a refund.
