  Capri Creek is one of the worst apartments.after living in this apartment complex for a few years.

  Quiet and beautiful and Chloe is the best!! My favorite is hanging out on my deck and watching the stars at night or having my coffee in the morning. The pool is clean and gorgeous! The groundskeeper keeps the plants and trees and walkways spotless.

  I’m not going to say that I enjoy living here but… unfortunately I have every month a higher fee and I can’t keep up it’s hard to believe that I started paying $3280.00 now I have to pay $3690.00 and looks like it’s going higher next month there are charges that doesn’t make sense good service yes we have but no the price is higher and higher

  I've been living here for about a year. There are things I really like about it, but getting maintenance issues resolved is a problem. I've had issues with my lights not working properly since March. I get the run around. Was told the electrician needs to come, but nobody has shown up. Once night time comes it's difficult to see. I've had issues with my shower, washer, and dryer. As well as other smaller things. They take a week or so to fix something or sometimes things don't get fixed at all. I've asked to get a rent reduction or something because of these issues and no response no follow up. Nothing.

  Just moved in and love it! The maintenance workers Angel and Robbie are so helpful!
