  Living at Capri Creek Apartments is great, and Alex from maintenance makes it even better! He is incredibly hard-working and always seems to be on the move, yet he always takes a moment out of his busy schedule to greet residents with a smile. It is rare to find someone so dedicated and friendly. Alex truly makes this community feel like home!

  I am going on 6 months as a resident here and I want to share my experiences. I’m a senior citizen who downsized by selling my home and moving here. I had been researching apartments in Petaluma for over six months and had some on site tours and finally chose this apartment complex. I love the setting which is residential and quiet, the grounds are nicely landscaped and the sidewalk paths that get you from building to building are always free of debris and a nice addition to the grounds. I had to wait a couple of months before my desired apartment was ready and during that time I was generously helped by the site complex manager Chloe. She walked me through all the necessary paperwork and I greatly appreciated all the time she spent providing information and guiding me through the maze of items that needed to be attended to. She was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I haven’t had many issues come up but when something needed to be attended to, Alex from maintenance took care of the issues in a very timely manner with excellent problem solving skills. He is friendly and approachable and appreciated. I encounter other residents almost daily and most seem friendly and my overall feeling here is one of being content. So far for me, it’s been a great choice.
