Completed in 1991, The 40 Spanish-style apartments of Los Robles Terrace is a three-story complex near the city center of Paso Robles. The neighborhood has recently undergone a major rehabilitation, which added out door patio and indoor community space in addition to experiencing a “make over” and upgrading ADA requirements. Each of the units has its own cooking, living, and sleeping areas, with an emergency call system. Common areas, such as central laundry facility, TV lounge, large meeting room, and kitchen encourage interaction among residents, socializing and recreation.
