  My review goes out to Melissa Cortez. I just want to give a shout out to a wonderful Housing manager. She has been a huge support since day one. Helping me through a difficult transition and reassuring me that each step taken brings me closer to fulfilling my dreams. I am in the home I love. It is safe it is comfortable, convenient and supplies everything I need to bring a successful life for myself and my daughter. I have been able to finally see the silver lining to independence. However I did need to have the help from my son in order to meet a financial requirement. Melissa was very helpful throughout this process. My son should have never been pulled into a financial situation that could potentially cause him to worry or stress about his future and he has chosen to leave a bad review because of his concerns. I plan to deal with this matter with dignity and professionalism. During this conflict with my son, Melisa has been patient and understanding, still holding professional responsibility and integrity for her position. Thank you. I finally feel home.

  They will lock you into a dirty contract and force you to pay it out and collect debt. They raise rent without warning and charge late fees of 150 dollars a day starting on the 2nd of every month. The management is completely unhelpful and will just back you into a corner with legal arguments. Do not move here, learn from my mistake!!!!!!!!!!

  Great first experience with maintenance! Put in a request online which was super easy and convenient, and got a text confirmation soon after that it was received and would be worked on. Maintenance came the very next day and resolved the issue.

  UPDATE AS OF JUNE 23, 2026: I received an email that my security deposit was “mailed out” June 11. This was weeks after I was told I would receive it electronically. Still NO deposit has been received in mail or electronically. After moving out at the end of March 2026, my security deposit was initially sent to the wrong address because my forwarding address was not properly entered. When I visited the office in person to resolve the issue, I was informed that the deposit would be reissued electronically. That conversation took place in early May 2026. Since then, I have sent multiple follow-up emails and even a formal demand for an update, yet I have received no response and have still not received my deposit. The most frustrating part is not the delay itself, but the complete lack of communication and accountability. Mistakes happen, but residents should not have to repeatedly chase management for money that is owed to them. Ignoring emails and failing to provide updates only adds to the frustration. I hope this review encourages management to improve its communication and follow through on commitments made to both current and former residents.
