  We lived here for 2.5 years before purchasing our first home and we absolutely loved it. So much so that we were sad to move out! The location was perfect and easily walkable to Old Town Pasadena. The amenities (eg pool, gym, sauna) were great and always in good condition. Above all else, Haydee is the absolute best! She is so warm, kind, friendly and caring. She is the best property manager we’ve ever had and we are so grateful to have had her in our lives. Los Robles Apartments will always have a special place in our hearts as it was our child’s first home. We miss it and will always look back on our time there with fond memories.

  Made an appointment to see a unite (they had two available) Haydee confirmed for the following day, I show up she’s yelling “who are you, I don’t have you on my list) gave her my license, showered her the emails, which she says she is Haydee but doesn’t have th appointment) then tells me “well the units got rented this morning”… I was shocked, as I just drove an hour in train to see the place that she literally confirmed herself a day before…, I said how about a courtesy notice, she just shrugged…. Worst! Zero level of professionalism or managing, imagine living there, stay away!!!
