  According to a AT&T staff, this apartment only allow you to use AT&T's internet service because they bought the internet service of that area. And they will recommend you an agent clamming that person can help you setup the internet faster. The agent will trick you into a terrible scam. In my case, I do not have SSN yet, they ask me to prepay $100 to create an accont. The agent claimed those money will pay off the installation fee and the internet fee. After I paid that, he asked me to pay another $100 for no reason. I did it because I needed the internet service ASAP. Now it is the second month since I have my internet connected. I just received a $180 bill. I went to the store and ask the people there, they said the $100 charge is require for opening an account. And they created two accounts then canceled one of them. Also there should be $100 credit in the account, but it is not there. They should send me back a $100 cheque, but I did not get anything Ended up paying $480 for the installation fee and 2 months internet service. Great way of making dirty money.

  I lived here for a year, and I have not had an issue. The staff is always helpful, and the building is clean and quiet. Highly recommend living here

  The most irresponsible manager on the planet either regarding the cleaning of the building or regarding the tenants concerns. I feel the management (Amy) doesn't care about anything but having people who pay her for no device. Awfull in an unbelievable way. I prefer to sleep in my car rather than spending one more night there. If I can go back in time I will never stay there. Unsafe, unclean and smells terrible.

  We lived here for a year. Good location and price but staff not the most friendly and usually have to wait a while to speak to someone because they only have one person working. Quality of the apartments is not so great - out dated appliances, counter tops and fixtures. The BIGGEST annoyance was that the only 2 elevators in this place worked independent of each other, meaning you would have to press the down button for both elevators and hope that one comes to you. Very wasteful because then the elevators stop at every floor. I usually just took the stairs.
