  One Team Property is taking care of my pool and landscaping needs. There’s a supervisor that oversees everything, and contacts me when there’s an issue. I like having both services handled by one company. They offer many other services as well, and their pricing is good.

  I couldn’t be happier that I found One Team Property Services! I originally had two separate companies handling my pool and landscaping, and switching everything over to One Team has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my property. They’re somehow providing more services for less money, and they even included solar cleaning, window cleaning, and other routine maintenance. What really stands out is how knowledgeable, responsive, and honest they are. Their pricing is fair, and they don’t try to upsell you on random services or repairs you don’t actually need. At the same time, if they find something that genuinely needs attention, they let you know right away and take care of it. A perfect example: I had been dealing with leaking irrigation for an entire year. My previous landscaper never figured it out and ultimately did nothing about it. Within one week of starting with One Team, they identified the issue, sent me a fair estimate, and got it fixed. They also immediately took care of my solar panels, windows, and all the standard weekly property maintenance. The difference in the level of service has been night and day. And my previous pool service was the final straw. They went 10 months without cleaning my pool filters, my pool eventually turned green, and then they had the nerve to charge me for algae treatment. 😳 I knew it was time for a change. One Team has been the complete opposite. They actually pay attention to the property, communicate, and take pride in doing things right. If you own a property and want one less thing to stress about, hire these guys. I highly recommend One Team Property Services! Mel

  I couldn’t be happier with the artificial turf cleanup service! They completely exceeded my expectations. My turf looks brand new—they removed all the debris, refreshed the grass, and left everything looking and smelling clean. The team was professional, punctual, and paid attention to every detail. They clearly take pride in their work, and it shows in the results. If you’re looking for someone to bring your artificial turf back to life, I highly recommend them.
