  I couldn’t be happier with the artificial turf cleanup service! They completely exceeded my expectations. My turf looks brand new—they removed all the debris, refreshed the grass, and left everything looking and smelling clean. The team was professional, punctual, and paid attention to every detail. They clearly take pride in their work, and it shows in the results. If you’re looking for someone to bring your artificial turf back to life, I highly recommend them. Excellent service from start to finish!

  Excellent work on setting up a cable and timer for my new water fountain. Also, last Wednesday, landscape maintenance was done and my yard looks beautiful! Great job done ✅. The weather today is 111 degrees and feeling like 117. I needed a Crepe Myrtle tree planted and called One Team Property for the job. The heat is unbearable but the crew came and planted my tree with new irrigation to it and the job is perfect! I'm very happy working with One Team Property and plan on working with them again soon. Excellent work and service! August 1, 2026 Very happy with lawn maintenance. Best service I have ever had! No stone left unturned! Jesus and his team are very thorough in keeping the yard area clean and inviting. Excellent job! August 12, 2026 I am very impressed with One Team Property. My lawn maintenance is great and I will be using them for other projects. Superb service!

  We had the best experience working with One Team Property on our front yard project. My husband and I had a general vision for what we wanted, but we were having a hard time making a final decision on the overall design. Ronnie stopped by with a proposal and an AI mock-up of what was possible for our front yard, and it was almost exactly what we had been hoping for. From there, Gabe worked with us to refine the details and bring the Italian/Mediterranean yard of our dreams to life. They also expanded our vision in ways we never would have considered on our own — especially with the lighting, which turned out absolutely gorgeous. It is truly a joy to open our front door and see our beautiful olive tree, iceberg roses, lavender, rockwork, and turf. The turf gives everything such a clean, elevated look that somehow makes me forget we live in the desert where nothing grows but cactus! The entire team was incredible from start to finish. From the initial proposal to HOA coordination and final installation, they went above and beyond to fulfill our goals and give us what multiple neighbors have called “the best yard on the street.” We are so grateful for the care, communication, creativity, and extreme attention to detail that Ronnie, Gabe, and the whole team brought to this project. You can tell they truly love what they do and care about building lasting relationships with their clients. We look forward to continuing to work with One Team Property for maintenance and future projects. I will recommend them to everyone looking for landscaping done with excellence, care, and vision.
