  I had a concern about my HOA payments not being paid by auto pay so I call support and Lisa Zendejas picked up and did some research into my account and what she came back with made perfect sense and all is good. I felt like I was in good hands and it was easy to tell she cared.

  If you are an HOA board looking for a management company in the Coachella Valley, beware of Associa / Desert Resort Management. In our experience dealing with manager Melisa Torres and on-site staff, DRM does not operate as a helpful administrative partner. Routine architectural requests for necessary, energy-efficient repairs get dragged out with manufactured deficiencies—even after the Architectural Committee approves the plans. Worse, management uses administrative access to suppress transparency: when factual rebuttals are posted on the community portal (TownSq), staff simply deletes the owner's comments. Retaliatory compliance notices and unreturned calls are the default response instead of professional service. DRM creates conflict between owners and boards rather than solving problems. Consider local boutique firms like Albert Management or PPM before locking your community into a contract here.

  They are a nightmare. Constant delay deflect denial of the Association's responsibilities as outlined in the CC&Rs.

  They demand $15 to update a phone number when they already take a hefty chunk from monthly HOA dues. These people are greedy. How long does it seriously take to update a phone number in a computer…30 seconds? Ridiculous.

  Mark Dodge and his team are extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. Wonderful people and a Fantastic company! Everyone takes pride in managing the needs of their board members consisting of HOAs across the Coachella Valley. This company is highly recommended!
