What really stands out is her proactive approach and attention to detail. She didn’t wait for issues to be raised — she took initiative. Major appliances like the refrigerator, cooking range, and dishwasher were replaced promptly and without any friction. There was no need for repeated follow-ups — she simply got things done. Beyond that, Beth consistently ensures that both the unit and the overall property are well maintained. Even things like pruning weeds and keeping the surroundings clean were handled immediately, which speaks volumes about her ownership mindset.
