  It has been 57 days since we surrendered the keys to our unit at The Vines at Riverpark. Under CA Civil Code § 1950.5, the deposit/accounting must be returned within 21 days. Despite sending multiple emails and making phone calls, we are getting the runaround and being told it's with the "move-out department", yet our online portal access was revoked. We received a deduction list, but management is still withholding our remaining balance. We need a phone call from property management by tomorrow (Thursday 9/10) to resolve this before formal court action is filed.

  I’ve had a really great experience at Vines at Riverpark. The neighborhood is beautiful, there’s always a lot going on, and it’s honestly a great place for families. It is super close to parks, the neighborhoods are safe, and there is a great community feel. Sonia and Mikaela are extremely responsive, flexible, and have gone out of their way to help me on multiple occasions. Jonathan has been quick and responsive whenever something comes up. More than anything, the people here just feel genuine and like they actually care about the residents. I’ve been really happy living here and would definitely recommend it.

  Toured with Sonia, she was amazing super helpful! Answered all my questions and made the process super easy. She was very knowledgeable and made us excited to move in.
