  If you’re not already enjoying the good life at The Landing at Channel Islands and you’re looking for a great place to hang your hat, bonnet or beret, I highly recommend you check it out. I moved to this complex in 2018 when it was under different ownership, planning to stay for only 2 years. But then The Landing swept in to take ownership and completely upgraded the entire property. A total face lift, transforming it into a truly beautiful community. Not surprisingly, I’ve now lived here for 8 years! You’ll find the management team to be friendly and supportive, including top “honcha” Andy and her colleagues Jose, Javi and Ronnie. The lovely grounds include a pond surrounded by boulders and a small arched bridge resting under large trees that instantly bring a sense of tranquility. Down a winding Oz-like path you’ll find a big tennis court, heated indoor pool, BBQ court and laundry facilities. The complex is nestled within reach of shops and restaurants, with a straight shot to the 101 freeway. Being so close to the beach, the weather is consistently gorgeous. Right across the street you'll find a piece of paradise in a sprawling, peaceful marina filled with boats, families and kids strolling the grounds, including a giant walkway that loops in a big circle through the marina and around a gentle lake. Give it a visit. After landing at the Landing, you may find that you never want to leave!

  I have lived at the Landing At Channel Islands since 2010 and I can honestly say looked the upgrades that the management team has introduced over the past few years have completely transformed the community for the better a massive shout out to Andy in the front office! She is an absolute consistently goes above and beyond to residence always greeting everyone with a warm smile and genuinely welcoming attitude. She does so much to help keep this place running smoothly, and it truly shows the crew equally amazing. They work incredibly hard and whenever an issue they resolve it lightning beyond the stellar itself is gorgeous. The pool is always sparkling clean well at the perfect temperature the lush landscaping and the peaceful make the entire community feel like a relaxing sanctuary. I absolutely love living here and cannot recommend it highly enough.

  Came back to ants still in the kitchen. And in the morning a long line of them crawling on the counter. Sigh. Seems like the opposite effect of having to wait a month to get the service done based on their hours of availability
