  Janet went above and beyond helping me make decisions about my property. She is very knowledgeable about the market, and when I stated I was probably going to sell versus rent she continued to give me advice and information about Ventura’s rental regulations - very informative and easy to talk too. I highly recommend Janet who truly is “The Bomb”!
